I love Xiaomi products. They are good value for money!
I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy Xiaomi Mi Pro 4 electric scooter instead get Pro 3 or better and cheaper Xiaomi Mi Pro 2.
They all have similar 12800mah execpt for xiaomi pro 3. And they the range is similar on all pro 1, pro 2, 3, 4 model and that includes speed aswell.
And the only thing pro 4 has is better regenerative breaking and 10inch tubeless self healing tyre.
Which isn't worth paying 799 dollars or euros which is 800 pounds in UK just for minimal upgrade.
Get Pro 2 for way cheap and upgrade tyre to 10inch for cheap both front 350w or 500w 10inch or 8 and rear 10inch tyre. And add suspension if you want and it'll still be cheaper then Xiaomi Mi Pro 4. And you get similar range.
And even speed unless you hack it but i don't think it's possible on pro 4 because of improved security. But on pro 3 and what i own pro 2 it's hacked and goes 35kph or 21 mph on sport mode awesome!
Question; when you showed the underside of the scooter I noticed a lone cable, close to the back wheel and exposed. Is the cable firmly in place? Does it pose any safety concerns?

Will the tires from the ninebot max g30 fit on this thing? In case I get a puncture.
I just purchased the pro 4 version of the scooter and found that the biggest "negative" point of the scooter was the smartphone setup... There's nothing really that explains step by step in the manual about how to do this... It took me several hours and a few times of having to delete the app before it finally "processed" and I was able to watch the animated safety video. I didn't realize that one is required to actually set up a separate app as that too was distracting wondering why I had to give the scooter a "home location" on a separate app that didn't look like it had anything to do with the scooter.
In the end and at a breaking point of deciding on returning the scooter to the place I purchased it from, the (software) finally came together.
One last thing that's very important that I should mention: whilst setting up the software on your smartphone, make sure the download (play store) actually generates the "mi" icon on the home screen of your phone. I found that after downloading the mi app, it didn't show up, however, the app will proceed to operate on your phone... Swipe out or close the set-up and try to re-download the app again. Continue this until the app icon shows up on your phone.
IF you continue with the setting up without actually tapping the icon, you may end up locking the dashboard console as I did and believe me, it's a real headache trying to get it to unlock when the only way to unlock the scooter is on the app or have the scooter's battery to fully discharge over time. ... Sorry for the long-winded comment!
So I am about to purchase this scouter but I am afraid that I cannot connect it with the app is it really that hard to conect it should I go for different scouter?? What did tou do to connect it
My friend have this but he is 110kg and he try the Scooter with full battery and full speed but at the end he got only 16km.(maybe)
When he got home then go back to supermarket it's like 4km go and back. The battery was 42% but he saw the battery and it was 22%
What is the problem ?

I have the pro 4. When I get to max speed of 25 , it lets out a long beep and two quick beeps. Please why does this keep happening?

you enable cruise control in the app. once u have done this, when you are riding, keep the same speed for 5 sec, it will beep and keep that speed. the moment you break, add speed or anything the cruse control is canceled and you have to hold the same speed for 5 sec to activate it again.
