Clotted cream is literally the best. If we had it here id be at least 30lbs heavier.
In Turkey there is kaymak - a traditional dairy product produced from water buffalo milk, very similar to clotted cream. It's usually served with honey as part of a traditional Turkish breakfast. 30lbs heavier sounds about right, possibly an underestimate.
