No they shouldn’t, their 1/10 rigs break so easily I can’t imagine what a mini one would be. Trust me I’ve gone through 4 Traxxas crawlers all have broken on first small run in backyard.
@@EthanCmsrc108 biggest lie of 2020. Everybody Knows Trx4/trx6 are nearly unbreakabel. Electrolic can fail, but The mechanic is nearly Bullerproof and top in the Crawler class.

The body is a clone Dodge Power Wagon. The chassis is the same as the Deadbolt. The C10 & Jeep share the same chassis.

Your videos are awesome, but I do not understand why this video features rc crawlers that are about $150 each? Is the title of the video a typo or something?? I don't get it.
In my opinion, the Panda Tetra K1 is the best performing out of the box. It feels so well planted and has a ton of punch but enough torque to slow crawl. I think the modulation and steering are where you could make the best improvements on it. Also, the Mini-Z 4x4 definitely need mods to perform but once they are dialed in, they are incredibly good crawlers.
@@themountain59 Agreed they definitely burnt a hole in my pocket. But all of the parts are available for order from the manufacturer unlike a lot of these micro scale vehicles. Also Kyosho has a good engineering culture and makes good products.
@@themountain59 Quick follow-up, I just got the SCX24 Betty B17 today and the Kyosho Mini-Z 4x4 Jeep climbs better than it (even with those ridiculously small tires). The SCX has more potential with upgrades, but with my testing today, I've found that the Kyosho Mini-Z 4x4 isn't that bad of a performer even without modification.

You don't have to cut it . Just use longer shocks.
