Pulled Pork Recipe - Me!
Ingredients:
6 Lbs Boneless Pork Loin - Cut into 3-4 Inch Cubes
Dry Rub for Pork Loin:
2 Tbls Brown Sugar
4 Tsp or 1 Heaping Tbls Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Vinegar Sauce
1 ¼ C Beef Broth (Divided)
2 C Victorian BBQ Sauce - Divided
⅓ C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Hot Sauce
Coleslaw (Optional)
1 Head Green Cabbage - Shredded
¼ Head Purple Cabbage - Shredded
½ Medium Onion
2 Carrots
½ - 1 C Mayonnaise
½ -1 C Vinegar Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste if needed
Tools Needed:
Knives
Whisk
Tongs
Forks for Shredding Pork
Vegetable Peeler
Food processor or blender
Mandolin or V-slicer
Clean Storage Container
Pressure Cook in Instant Pot:
On High
40 Minutes
10 Minute Natural Release
Quick Release To Remove Lid
