I would put the kitchen & dining in the large room across from the stairs on the main level and make that front space the living area with the cozy fireplace and lovely original built-in cabinet for books, etc🙂 Upstairs is lovely.

Nice townhouse that wouldn't need a lot of work. San Buono is a beautiful village - we were there last September for 5 days and very much enjoyed its peacefulness and beauty.

Lovely clean, very atteactive home with just a few personal cosmetic improvements it would be amazing. The large sizes of the rooms are a real bonus. I understand a new kitchen set up from Ikea us approximately 1200-1500 EU. How long can water and electricity reconnections take?

No it is not present.
You have to install central heating. Some older houses don't have it.
It’s a pity you were unable to show the views from any of the the balconies or windows - only opening a half of one shutter to give a glimpse of a mountain and some roofs. Disappointing not to see inside the cantina. Were the cellars under the kitchen and dining room (to the right of the front door) part of the house?
