WePlay Ultimate Fighting League Season 1 is set to take place between March 25th and April 11th, 2021. The tournaments will not be held at the same time and will instead follow one another.
Mortal Kombat 11 - March 25th-28th;
SOULCALIBUR VI - April 1st-4th;
Tekken 7 - April 8th-11th.
Prize Pool:
Mortal Kombat 11 - $50,000;
SOULCALIBUR VI - $50,000;
Tekken 7 - $50,000.
Just like with WePlay Dragon Temple, WUFL S1 will be held at the WePlay Esports Arena Kyiv. WePlay Esports will be taking a multitude of safety measures to guarantee the wellbeing of all event participants. As such, all of the players and staff will be tested for COVID-19. Furthermore, no audience will be present at the event as a cautionary measure.

I'm a Korean and I'm sad that our players lost in the tournament but as a tekken lover on the other side, I'm happy that tekken is growing bigger among other countries aside from Korea and Japan.

Been watching Arslan kicking ass for over last 2 years, but one aspect is terribly wrong.. the commentators in every match are so biased against Pakistani players. Can we take a moment to appreciate the talent coming from Pakistan. My boys from Pak are not blessed with electricity, gaming cafés, fast internet and other facilities and yet we r putting takken gods to shame. Respect to all Pakistani tekken players and many more to come!

Nah Arslan just using characters like Zafina. Strong and has a lot of safes if jdcr go that route it might be different look what did with fhak. JDCR bring AK, Drag, Hei to the tourneys when people says they are low/mid tier. If Koreans start playing females, it would be diff but they rock with badass characters and mishimas so respect is high up there! Pakistan players great using high tier characters but im saying they are not good thats not the case.

Qudans used to 3-0 JDCR while having a some challenge against Knee but ultimately beating Knee in the higher stakes tournament. Meanwhile Arslan ash calmly has the advantage against both Knee and JDCR. I took Knee a year to even get adjusted now Arslan is using Zafina.

Dragunov's mids are notorious to have a very high hitbox, which is a huge disadvantage against character with plentiful of high crushing moves like Zafina.
Still, amazing performance from both. 👍🏽
Zafina was at disadvantage against Dragunov but still somehow as always Arsalan finds its way out of trouble.

Wasn't a fan of Arslan Ash when he first won... just thought that he was lucky, stars aligned and all that shit.
But watching him from then on, it's pretty obvious, he wasn't lucky, he has god-like talent in Tekken.
The movement isn't erratic as the koreans, it's very precise.
What I think sets him apart is, is his reaction time. He just reacts faster than the Koreans... not only that, his mastery with Zafina is just something else.
Watching the Koreans, it's the same moves over and over... that's why I think Arslan can react to them so easy. Meanwhile, Arslan uses all of Zafina's tools.

It's incredible that whenever Arslan plays Koreans, he gets so abusive with lows, knowing the traditional mindset towards blocking low.
It's SO effective and obviously not as simple as just hitting lows. But look at the frequency. It's so impressive. Nice work to Arslan for taking another Huge W.

@@formalhault5820 No, they block low less frequently. I just find Arslan always played the mix-up so well that players found it nigh impossible to read lows during matchups.
Who would've thought that the worst character in the last two Tekken games is now one of the best characters around.. I wish more people would play Zafina though.. she's second least played character just above Ganryu

Best thing about arsalan that he plays with different characters
After watching a bunch of other JDCR videos... I can see the difference when JDCR fights Arslan, and why Arslan is so good.
With other players, JDCR waits / baits the attack, and then he punishes. He also just spams the wr and lows.
With Arslan, JDCR is terrified of pressing any buttons. It looks like he's stuck in that "let me download you" phase, wherein he's just watching and analyzing for a "tell", yet Arslan isn't giving him any.
I mean, just look at his moves, mostly just 1,2 and ws4. Compare that to his other fights where he again, just spams the wr2, abusing those +frames. Yet he's so hesitant this game, cuz Arslan keeps catching him, and dodges his strings very well.
In the end, JDCR was so afraid of pressing any buttons, he doesn't even kbd/step anymore, just back walking, afraid that if he steps, Arslan's going to hit him.
Arslan does that with everyone now though. His Zafina uses every offensive tool to pressure every top player but still somehow manages to have great defense.

Dragunov just lacks tools vs zafina and is too honest character with too few mixups. He also lacks a good mid counter move for her stance transitions. Kazumi 1+2 would have keept her transitions in check but the times JDCR tried to throw in a mid, it whiffed cause dragunov mids are just too bad.
