A leader should be visionary
very useful explanation..........
I really appreciate you.
Thanks you teacher . You are Nice teacher and clever and class and elegant and beauty .
This is very helpful. I like all of them. Thank you very much.
1) achieve - this sounds more powerful than meet the goal
2) delegate - this is more formal in the workplace for someone in a supervisor position
3) deliver - we use this word all the time as service provider
4) facilitate - this is often used in a conference scenario as a modulator
5) implement - this is usually used in engineering environment but it's also a good word choice for operation processes
6) improve - this is much better than change/alter/update
7) mentor - we often use mentor in the scenario for someone who is senior but not in a supervisor position
8) resolve - sometimes we could also use "close" for an issue or a problem
9) spearhead - this is a new word for me. I am happy to pick it up here.
10) specialize - this word sounds more professional than "I am an expert in blah~blah~". :)
Thank you. Your way of expressing yourself is gracious and unique. We are impressed and learned a lot with you.
My pleasure 😊
To spearhead - gosh 🤦♀️ what’s an expression 😄

My favorite words in this list was Resolve. -
A word that describes somethg I am able to do is Mentor.
For me, three most important skills for a leader to have are Mentor, Delegate and spearhead.
I do like Facilitate and also Mentor. Facilitate is able to show them how willing you are and Mentor is able to express how you feel and also giving your empathy to other people.
My favorite word in this lesson was specialize.
For me, the three most important skills for a leader are: delegate, improve and facilate.
Great choices!
Facilitate?
Achieve is such a positive power word like resolve and specialize too. Those are my top three favorites.
I specialized in making affordable menus delegating its implementation to our Junior staff so that we can serve and deliver better service that facilitate life during this pandemic.
Nicely done! One question. I see the word "specialized" in the past tense. Does this mean you no longer specialize in this area?
Achieve, Delegate, Deliver, Facilitate, Implement, Improve, Mentor, Reslove, Spearhead and Specialized
Wow. Thanks for this, Annemarie

Added Delegate to my list. Delegation of powers adds lots of strength to grassroots leaders.
Thankyou madam for a useful compilation. Your voice and presentation are awesome.
Dear Anne Marie, awesome video!!! the concept I bet my money is on spearhead, if any project gets stuck, the key for keep in track is when someone (the leader if possible) takes the responsibility to carry out the tasks, otherwise the project may fail
Thank you for watching!

Spearhead- I was always been spearhead to lead advanced projects in my company.
Let's get cracking.
Hello from Moscow.
Hi it’s a good video I like the delegate and implement and Monter
😍
Specialised is excellent for me
I delegated a digital project to achieve an improvement in customer outreach.
Very inspiring! Thank you! My favorite word is definitely spearhead. In a pack of wolves, leadership belongs to the wolf who can fearlessly and more forcefully lead all the others. This word reminds me of this natural and instinctive process. I think instinct is a sense that is often sacrificed and held back out of fear.
I couldn’t agree more with your entire
Choice of words ❤
