Love the information and explanations. Definitely, going to have to give this a try. Have wanted to create village type areas in Valheim for a long time and I think this really gives some power to the game. Hopefully, the devs will bring this into the game after official release in a creative mode. I could see creating some maps for D&D or other things like that around the world.

Ran everything in game vanilla. Now just building massive structures. Wish these mods worked in consile.
great content, how do i use gizmo to rotate objects in my builds. which keybord keys do i use please? i have installed gizmo on Valheim but when i try to build something the building items are not connected, like two wood beams nxt to each other there is a 3 milimeter gap between them, why is this and how can i rectify that please?
When I page up/page down to lower/raise an item that I'm placing, it interacts with Gizmo and sets Gizmo Snap Divisions back to 2 and I have to go back in to the config editor and reset it back to 16 in order to get my precision back while placing items... Any idea why?
@JirocTheViking, can we get an update to the Infinity Hammer video please with the newer versions of both the game AND the MOD?
as of today i cannot delete items spawned by the hammer mod with the mouse wheel as you would with normal items like u do by just pointing at them, any idea how to do it?
I've been trying to install/use this Mod ever since Mistlands went Live but I constantly get that error where you see the $ before every word/phrase and in the bottom right corner it says Mistlands Beta. I install through the Nexus installer. Sucks bad.
Has anyone else had an issue with Infinity_Hammer deleting the selected piece and the piece behind it? I've been working around it by placing a piece in front of whichever piece i'm trying to delete but it is becoming a real chore. Any input would be much appreciated.

Why have custom coded mod but still rely on console commands to use it effectively? Would it be so much more work to have all the pieces be selectable from a normal hammer like build menu with added options for scale? for example?

Curious, is there a way to get dirt out onto an edge of the world island? I want to make a big garden out there but cant figure out how to get dirt/soil out there
yes, hover a few meters above the water, open console and type: hammer_location (choose a location) pos=2,0,0
It spawns the location with a dirt object 2 meters in front of your feet. Just delete the objects of the location and build on it. Skål!

Hi Jiroc, Is there a way to delete the big stones around the yagluth altar? Edit: I just realized you can change it in config manager after re watching.... I clearly wasn't listening to what you said haha

the video is in depth but can lose people whenn you pop a ui that you short cut into, so not sure how to follow after that
That's just the configuration manager by Azumatt. F1 is the hot key after you have it installed.

In the config. I recommend a config manager so you can adjust settings in game.

Config never pops open for me. I hit F1 and just get my cursor.
You need to have a Configuration Manager mod installed. The one by Azumatt
I'm strugggling to get this mod work on my own dedicated server. Is there a place I can go for help?
You need to install a mod called server Dev commands and then you'll be able to use Infinity hammer on your server. Both are installed on your client, not on your server.
You can also go to my Discord server and ask questions in the game master channel. There's lots of people who can help.
@@JirocTheViking I have started a mesage a week ago to post there but have continued to try and figure it out myself but am runnin gout of ideas and I really need access to frrefly on this dedicated server i I am going to build what I want to build. But can it delete ... TAR!? I was very smart and summoned a whole tar pit over my main base and now all of it is ruined - my castle moat is filled wit tar and all the land is soaked in it and I can pick up any materials that fall on the ground because they are stuck.
Yeah you can delete the tar location
It would be nice to be able to remap the debug keys within the config manager. Seems rather difficult to actually remap those keybinds. I just want the K button gone. Don’t need to kill all ! Especially when accidentally hitting it and kill everything lol…
you can disable it i believe if you use the Server Devcommands mod
@@JirocTheViking Yep it however just disables all debug binds, not specific ones sadly. but thankfully it gave the option to disable all in serverdevcommands config. Just wish there was an added line in the config to rebind those debug keys. I did however make new rebinds outside of debug mode to those 3 functions (minus the killall) so all is good now. Thanks for your response.
does this work on dedicated servers?
and if so do I need it installed on the server and my client?
You must have the server dev commands mod also to use on a server. Both only need to be installed on your client, not the server.

@@laeronlingorsky7817 to use all the features yes. But you can still use some of the features if you are not an admin.
@@JirocTheViking, that is disappointing. Cause the features i need are blocked for me. I'm gonna go and ask the admin to grant me the rights.

how do i change say a seeker into a walking blob? i have a fear of insects irrational fear, i cant stand them i can t go near mistlands anymore. please help.
You'd need mods. We can help over in the Gamemaster channel of my Discord server.
Just not the same in creative mode.
A shame this mod doesn’t fucking work for controller
