when you were in the basement at the very end where it had that single window you turned around you didn't go in a room that was trim in black to the right side of the window, you walked out an went to the other side of the basement before going up stairs. I wanted to see that room. Was it a wine room..

Okay, I guess I’ll share the master closet w/my husband🙄 Seriously, this house is gorgeous. Spacious throughout, even the pantry and the laundry room. The master wing took it over the top. Hope it sells quickly to some lucky buyer😁

I love that planning zone. And was that a wine fridge? With some sage and lively paint perfect. The owner's suite walk-in OMG perfect. I can see my 4 queen chairs in there. I'd have a closet party 😂 I would def knock that bar down in the middle of the basement and put a bar /kitchen/island against the wall. New lighting. I am picturing this. It's a blank canvas for just cosmetics. Thanks Janice.
Patti, it is indeed a blank canvas with endless potential and the walk-in closet is huge. You could organize your clothes by the season and the room to the back of the closet could be just for your shoes and handbags, if you have a collection.

I like the corner placement, nice exterior. I loved the kitchen, the 2 sinks and window view of the backyard. The living room still look a little dark (guessing the trees blocking natural lighting), I think the windows should have been a little bigger, I found it odd that there's only 2 ceiling fans throughout the house (living room and basement). Nice size rooms, lots of closet space, I would change out these different lights fixtures and replace them with a fan/lighting throughout the home. The owners suite was massive and the bathroom was lovely (love the closet with the extended space). The basement was nice, loved the wall lighting and the built in features. The backyard was serene and peaceful, I like the rustic feel of the trees and the stairs leading up to the trees, I really enjoyed this house. That HOA is pretty steep, I didn't hear if you mentioned if the property was in a private subdivision. The asking price would be worth it, if the subdivision was private.

the master bedroom’s closet is wayyyyy too big and has an unnecessary room at the end. i would make the closet half that size and push the room back to make the other rooms bigger.
