Beautiful house. Just wished it had an open floor plan--too many unnecessary walls.
The walls is how you keep the heat in. Try heating a home with an open floor plan and ridiculously high empty ceiling space and you’ll be going broke and foreclosed before you know it.
I don’t know if I’ll ever move to ATL, but it’s just relaxing to watch. Thank you!

I like that this home had defined spaces and is not an open concept. I was wondering if builders would ever go back to that style and I'm glad to finally see a newer home built that way.
Sensible, this home was also custom built, so the homeowners obviously have their specifications on how the home should be built.

I live in NY nd I have relatives in atl. I've been there a couple times nd I find atl way to slow for me. Maybe when i retire in 30 yrs 😂

Beautiful home, I loved the landscaping, the yard was meticulous gorgeous exterior I love long porches plenty room for plants and seating. The interior was nice, lots of space for the study and the formal dining area was open and inviting. The master bedroom was lovely, not a lot of wow in the bathroom but plenty of closet space (liked the additional space inside the bathroom use it for extra closet space)I wasn't thrilled about that wall in the living room and kitchen, that area should have been left open to add more lighting. However I did like the kitchen, double ovens and sinks, great choice in wood color, spacious island and nice size pantry. Wash room on the main floor, lots of room. I think the built in shelves in the sitting area should be consistent with the color of the living area (that really stands out), good stair placing. Nice size rooms and bathrooms. I loved the Jack and Jill rooms, lots of space. My favorite part of the house was actually the balcony, the view was absolutely breathtaking and serene. The basement was my second favorite area lots of space and potential for possibilities. Gorgeous home!!!

@@AtlantaHomesforSale Yes I am but mostly use my MLS access to look for deals to invest rather than selling. I invested heavily during the mortgage crisis and kept them as rentals until 2014. I sold them off in 2014. I'm building a CZcams channel to establish myself and hopefully someday I will get back in selling real estate full time.

Hi. Janice....lovely home....just a question...why do people choose such light carpet? such as white and cream?
Denise, good question. I haven't seen any whites but beige and gray are common. Many people choose those colors because they are neutral which makes it easier for decorating your home. The same goes for interior wall paint and choosing neutral colors for your wall and carpet also make it easier to sell your home when you are ready to sell.

Hi Janice what's the estimated monthly mortgage on a 30 year fixed with a score over 800? I'm just wondering if I can easily afford this or not.
Mortgage is not my area of specialty, so it would be best to speak with a mortgage specialist but if I were to guess with a 5% down payment and an interest rate of around 3.75%, your estimated monthly payment would be around $4000.
@BrownAngeldoll, you would have to put 20% down more than likely because any loan amount over $510,400 is a Jumbo Loan. 30 yr with 3.5% fixed rate with 20% down, your estimated PI per month would be $2511.06. This does not include taxes and insurance.
