That master suite is ginormous. This house has everything a big family needs. Although I was bummed out not seeing the basement
I absolutely love this house. My whole apartment can fit in the master bedroom and that closet is to die for.
What is there to not like about this home? The staging was beautiful! Loved the flow of the home, especially the placement of the stairs. Loved the accent walls! The master closet? Wow!!! I don’t have enough clothes to take up the space. As a matter of fact: I could just live in the master retreat. Forget the rest of the house. Once again: you have hit the jackpot with this one!

I'm from the Caribbean and we do not really have flat land, we are very mountainous and rugged, I adore these homes but if there were a flood I wouldn't want any water damage... but I really loveeeeee these homes.
Atlanta is near North Ga mountains, its not the extreme but its not flat land, that would be more like south FL, AZ, NV, Iowa... we’re in between, but the ideal property is one that is leveled like this one.

Love this house! The odd thing is the master closet is bigger than those in houses with more square footage and it's better thought out. I love it! I enjoyed seeing how the furnishings shows the functions of the rooms clearly. The chair in the entry is hall is wonderful because the first thing I would do is drop everything and flop in it! Love the kitchen and the mudroom. I prefer the laundry room on the ground floor with a sink and room for drip drying delicate clothes. I can't imagine having the noise of something with metal fastenings or washable shoes making a racket near my bedroom while I'm trying to relax. But overall, the house is beautiful. I love the wood and brick accent walls, and the wood accent in the master bedroom ceiling. Looking forward to the next house tour! Thanks!

OMGGGG you missed the basement!? I had to rewind to make sure I wasn't tripping. I'm assuming it's unfinished or restricted during this video process. I don't need it because this house is gorgeous. Looking out the upstairs window I see a cul de sac, nice neighborhood. Nice landscaping, I like the country flow of the home with the barnyard door (loved that desk in the office) I'm not particularly fond of brick inside the home, I gave it a pass on the wall, until I seen it on the side of the staircase and in one of the rooms (Its tacky, it was too much. Pick a material and stay with it...lol)The decor really makes up for that, I loved the light fixtures throughout the home and the country style table, lots of leg room under the island. Natural lighting throughout, narrow spacing upstairs wasn't thrilled about that, loved the asymmetrical design of the rooms, especially the master bedroom. I felt like I was entering a novel, the sitting area with fireplace was my favorite part. Loved the bathroom and closet, the built in features were an added plus. The bedroom with the brick, I adored the oval window in the bathroom (unique feature) and the design and decor of the little girls room was adorable. The patio was breathtaking, nice scenery, lots of open space and again a woodsy, country feel. Gorgeous home.

Very nice, it’s funny seeing the old style skinny light switches. Here in Ontario Canada everyone has been using the wider Decora for 20 years. You guys use a shredded mulch like hay, we use chips like bark in the gardens.

In the US everyone uses all available mulch, hay, chips, bark, rubber... not just one type, I use mulch and rocks in different places, they compliment each other.

I can be very critical n always note the pros/cons of a significant purchase......the pros far outweigh the cons here....The space for the price point is in line.....spacious Master bed/bath/closet help with the home retaining resale value.....since the basement is unfinished was not critical to view it.......This is a keeper....The queen of ATL RE does it again!!!...beautiful home n another great job!!!...keep up the GREAT work and stay safe/healthy...God bless!!!!

The bathroom is gorgeous! I hate that the window by the tub is facing other properties. I’ve noticed that in a lot of home touring videos. I like natural light and getting in and out of the tub with the window curtains open will not work.
