- In this video, I draw parallels from a kid's movie to the present situation with Mike Bickle and IHOP KC. I find that they are deeply revealing of the situation the body of Christ has found itself in with regard to Mike Bickle. I share my personal experience with trauma at the age of 14. My wife also shares her own experience with sex scandals within the church.

You guys put these people on such pedestals that even while you expose them you still think they are bigger than they really are. Deal with Bickle and the situation, and then repent of being so man / leader focused. Moving forward go and Worship Yahweh with all your mind, heart, soul and strength, read the Word, Seek His Kingdom and Righteousness, preach the gospel, heal the sick, cast out demons, clothe the naked, feed the hungry, visit the prisoners. Focus on Jesus and these things. The rest is just church idolatry.
Thank you! I can't believe they've had the despicable audacity to use the term "Moral Failure" to describe a pastor's sexual exploitation of young women entrusted to his care ! As if he had cheated on his taxes or cut some corners on the ministry budget, complete glossing over and minimization and disregard of the victims of his sin and adultery, and predatory usury 🙁

Perry Stone was outed today on X (at least I hadn't heard about it until today). I almost moved to Morningstar 10 years ago, but when I visited I felt so much oppression there. And after research online when I came home (the Oak Initiative, The Knights of Malta), I knew the Lord was saying NO to moving there. Thank you Lord!!!

As you know the same core Christ hearted truths get spoken in different to ways to how we each hear...you hear well through so much creative visuals/color cartoon story imagery, music, nature ... but you hear biblically aligned Christ-hearted Kingdom truths that are so solid & consistent with Kingdom love. Your heart connected to the Father's Heart resonates through your unique, vulnerable, sacrifiial artistic communications of deep care.
And it was powerful to position his own weighty wielded words back onto him to help him or others experience the heavy burden. I hope you keep being you as you share & think it's great your wife can let you know when connections obvious to you on your wildly wonderful trains of thought will need clear simply spoken connecting phrases for most of to fully grasp the bold brilliance.

I love all the connections you see. My brain works like this too and often others struggle to follow my random musings but here’s one that ties in with KING Candy and 1997… 1997 was the year Princess Diana died. Now King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer 🤷🏼♀️ Around Princess Di’s death, I was working on an estate in the north of Scotland. I read a philosophical novel at the time called The Solitaire Mystery… it was part of what God used to draw me back as a prodigal… but a quote from that book has always stuck with me… “I don’t belong anywhere. I am neither a heart, a diamond, a club, nor a spade. I am neither a King, a Jack, an Eight, nor an Ace. As I am here - I am merely the Joker, and who that is I have had to find out for myself. Every time I toss my head, the jingling bells remind me that I have no family, I have no number - and no trade either. I have gone around observing your activities from the outside. Because of this I have also been able to see things to which you have been blind. Every morning you have gone to work, but you have neither been fully awake. It is different for the Joker, because he was put into this world with a flaw: he sees too deeply and too much. Truth is a lonely thing.”
This morning when I read the report, I was reminded of a line from one of Sir Walter Scott’s poems, “oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.” A narrative poem concerning the events of the Battle of Flodden in 1513, it interestingly deals with corruption and deception with the monarchy and clergy.
@@ReLair88seems to me there is still much to untangle and come to light in and through this. It’s a global crisis and not just at IHOP but the Church. King Charles is “head” of the Church of England which is going through its own crisis and he’s some sort of figure head of the Church of Scotland too. I listened to Charlie Shamp’s word about King Charles the other day (dated 19th Sept 2022) and the part about what he’s been doing with his brother (presumably Andrew) 😢 God have mercy 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Also, just to throw this in there, I watched the video before this where John was talking about Rayman and making connections, particularly to Paris… where something happened between MB and JD but also, of course, where Princess Di died.
Wow, thank you for sharing this. I didn't remember that about Princess Diana. I had a card recently I was holding onto for some odd reason. I don't really play cards, but had found it. It was technically the Joker card, but it wasn't a jester, it was a picture of a wild horse and the word "Maverick." It came to my mind as I read this.

I came back to add a connection to King Henry VIII. He was the original head of the Church of England and features in Sir Walter Scott’s poem Marmion. All our abbeys in the UK were decimated through King Henry VIII and Sir Walter Scott is buried in one of them.

We in the charismatic wing of the family of God really need to sit in silence before we speak another prophetic Word as God drops the plumbline of his Truth, JESUS CHRIST. To our brothers and Sisters in the cessationist wing, be careful how you judge us because God is judging his entire house and may want some answers as to why you have picked and chosen what parts of his Word you want to accept or reject. I praise God for his judgement for his judgements are right and true and I receive his discipline as a son but don't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater and create theologies based upon my experience or lack of an experience. Love it or hate it, God has given us these spiritual gifts for the edification of the body and we've messed alot of it up, but what about those of you who have rejected his gifts altogether simply because you have leaned so heavily upon your own understanding of God's word. God does not stand guard over YOUR understanding of HIS WORD, he stands guard over HIS WORD to see that it is performed.

I “happened” on the Fellowship of the Martyrs YT channel when all the IHOPKC crisis starting unfolding in October.
What this brother in Christ was bringing took me off guard back then because I didn’t want to believe anything bad was going on there.
It seems he has lived and served the KC community at large for many years. He has followed the trajectory of IHOPKC and has warned for many years about Mike getting off track.
I appreciate the direct truth he brings with grace and mercy. I thought that some may find it helpful as many of us are disentangling. Repentance is not going to come because people are pressuring him. It needs to come from himself in order to be valid. We're just asking for more deception from MB.
@HopeLife-ch7vd Right, but he didn't pressure anyone. Mike has been told he needs to repent. He knows he needs to repent, and this kind of pressure will drive him to do what he already did. Present an "apology" statement to comply with ethics. That's all!
This is who Mike Bickle is from his earliest years in life. He has been disqualified to be in leader ship since the very beginning. He should never open his mouth again. I agree with brother John Elving, if he’s not in jail, he should go get a construction job or work picking up trash on the side of the roads for the rest of his life. To even imagine IHOP continuing is blasphemous. The corrupt leadership at IHOP can say that they have separated themselves from Bickle, but Bickle is IHOP and IHOP is Bickle. The money will continue to flow into his sick, greedy, wicked pockets.
Appreciate you sharing your thoughts 🙏 I am not sure if he will sincerely repent or not, but in his case, he has affected the hearts and minds of many people in the body of Christ. We are called to participate in the judgement of the Lord and to rebuke them openly who claim to be a part of the fold of Christ (1 Timothy 5:20 & 1 Corinthians 5, etc.). At this point, I don't think anyone's buying ethic's statements over sincere repentance, but I hear you. Genuine brothers and sisters are publicly rejecting the white-washed message of pseudo-repentance and calling for authentic exposure and repentance in leadership within the body of Christ. I believe that's a good thing. With that being said, I do hear you and appreciate your heart against insincere repentance, fleshly/humanly pressure, false acceptance, etc.

The workers of iniquity have permeated the leadership of evangelical Christianity, and this is but the latest installment. "These people are blemishes at your love feasts, eating with you without the slightest qualm-shepherds who feed only themselves" (Jude 1:12).
As far as your offense I speak to this, or your accusation of idol worship, I hear you. I will just leave you with the voice of God on that one. "You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bandaged the injured, brought back the strays, or sought the lost, but with force and harshness you have ruled over them" (Psalm 34:17). Have you chosen to sell your home and give up your earthly possessions and position to go and live amongst the poor and needy, ministering to them daily?
If so, I could maybe consider your poke at me with more than a grain of salt 🤷♂But if not, you are at least going to have to eat some Ezekiel's bread for 40 days before I can take your challenge to my orders more seriously (Ezekiel 33:6). And don't worry my dude, I have equally esteemed you and Mike Bickle as "grasshoppers" in the earth (Isaiah 40:22).
