  • This is a video about some actual electronics content. The salvage and reusing of discarded lithium cells found in disposable fog making devices. That i have found discarded in my local area. So being the good neibour i am. I have picked them up and entend to recycle them into something useful using my TIS E217 multimeter and other various tools.
This was filmed in my shed. i go through the steps of salvaging from removal to attaching wires and a connector. then moving on to the charge control board the tp4056 board wiring and connections.
In a future video i will being showing why i am salvaging these cells in a project i am working on so subscribe to be in a better postion to recieve notifications about future uploads when they drop.
tools used tis e217 multimeter, kf2510 crimps and connectors, duratool crimper, red and black 22awg wire, kennedy automatic wire stripper, parkside 20v soldering iron, parkside 20v heat gun, duratool electronics mini cutters
Disclaimer: Only work on lithium cells if you know what your doing high current energy storage devices can be massivly dangerous due to heat and current that can be discharged if you are careless. i advise not to copy what you see.
This is a video filmed with my new tripod which cost me £7.99 from ebay. Along with my old google pixel 4a and editing with splice
