This is one of my favorite games ever. I Remember playing almost every version there is of it. Though I cant remember how I got most of them xD First time playing was actually the DS Version when I was probably between 8 and 10. Loved it back then. After that came the gba port which was very different and much more difficult to me due to pathfinding. Cant tell you much about the gba version anymore, but I remember it being lots of fun. Somehow got it for PS2 at around 10-12 years and I then realized just how much better that version is. Got a psp for christmas and it came with....King Kong. Again, lost of fun but camera controls were a chore. Still played the hell out of that version. Then came the best version til date. Xbox 360. Played through that version at least 5 times over the years. Also tried it on pc but I had a problem with a quick time event with kong, which left me unable to finish the game.
Kinda sad but expected the game turn out the way it did. Has there ever been a handheld port that you feel is just as good or perhaps surpasses the console version?

At the very least, most of them are decent except the DS version. If you want an FPS on the DS, so many better options.

I mentioned the PSP version is basically the home console version, minus the other characters and with less levels.
The psp force unleashed is meant to be far superior

I'd recommend any other version of the game, to be honest. Even the GBA game is interesting in an almost Zelda kinda way.
