  • My favourite weapon in PS, and for good reason.

Climbing up on the fob to get that kill was an og move.

Great gameplay but I had to stop watching as it was so blurry it hurt my eyes.

You may be on 360p by default if you’re on mobile; click the video and check the gear icon at the top to make sure your video isn’t defaulting to 360p.
Some of these highlights were under “high” graphic settings in PS which causes some compression issues at distance, but I’m watching it on mobile and it’s pretty easy to see on 720p, you just won’t see enemies at long distance because PS after compressing to video isn’t great.

Good shooting and ranging. No matter the hours I hve in this game I still barely ever range my gun. I dont know how but Ive just got used to free aiming it without ranging and distancing my shots that way haha

How's the player count these days? I only played this when there was a free weekend years ago, and I was blown away by the immersion the game brought. I never got around to playing it properly and later read somewhere that the player count is really low, which is sad since I thought it was a really unique and well made game. I have since started playing HLL, which is also great, but I think the attention to detail and atmosphere in Post Scriptum was a notch higher. I guess there just isn't enough room for two niche genre games.

It hovers between 100 - 300 players, its a niche community but very dedicated. There are pretty much games on around the clock, there are only a few servers, but if there are queues it goes by fast, just a few min and you're pretty much in a game.
It has a lot of things that make it significantly better than HLL. For example:
audio design (being able to differentiate each gun - you can't even tell enemies apart from allies based on gun sounds in HLL), ballistics (being able to see bullet drop - it doesn't exist in HLL and good luck firing past 150m consistently), buildings you can enter (can't enter 90% of buildings in HLL), no semi auto in HLL, no zeroing in HLL, hedges you can walk through in PS, walls you can vault in PS (no invisible walls such as HLL), tanks with actual components on every part are just some of the objective reasons why PS is superior.
PS also has way more tactical play because of its offensive game mode and the way the spawn systems work (fobs/msps/rallies), allowing you to concave around objectives in a 360 manner. Whereas HLL is a meatgrinder where players are forced into frontline funnels to simulate inorganic battles by blocking you using invisible walls and hedges, the spawn system also doesn't allow the same flexibility as PS.
HLL figuratively has things in it that stop it from being the better game. If it had the above, it would be superior to PS and I would play it, because then you can objectively argue that it has a higher player population, a team that cares more/updates the game more and has more financial backing, fewer bugs. and slightly better optimization.
