I will admit that Deadpool has the least impressive and satisfying one out of all of theese
(Mains are Toad, Sunfire, Cyclops and Juggernaut, by the way)
We all have our opinions. My main team has always been Wolverine, Sunfire, Cyclops and Magneto with the Age of Apocalypse Team Bonus.

I've done a couple of teams but my favorite so far has been gambit, juggernaut, magneto and deadpool
I always felt Iron Man and Deadpool as wasted character slots
I didn't mind all that much because they were pretty powerful on subsequent playthroughs
They powerful and standout so agree to disagree
Who could have substitute them?
