My faith in prayer has always consoled me in my life. I am so disturbed knowing Jennifer will never return to her beautiful 5 children who are heartbreaking reliving the horror of her death as their grandmother had to endure on the stand during this trial. My prayers are for justice for the family that she was taken from. Guilty !

Your faith should be kept private. Between just you and the Lord. Humility is a lost “art” in this world. Virtue signaling 🙄

When Jenifer went missing, the intelligent woman Michelle is, everything her and Fotis did, there's no question that she totally knew, and that's the facts!

“If it was ending and everyone was happy” as the defense attorney said, then why did Fotis go and murder Jennifer? Toasting the night before??? So why did he leave Four Jefferson and kill her?

    • @78summerbreeze
      @78summerbreeze Před 3 měsíci +5

I think he was happy & making a toast because he knew he was killing her the next day. He felt very confident that once he murdered her , that with Jennifer out of his way that he would be getting full custody. He felt that he was going to be successful in getting away with his murdering of Jennifer. Then he would have his children. That is why he was so happy.

Correct. People who are innocent don't need to make up alibis, like saying she was with Fotis that morning and posting a comment about being naked with Fotis in a group chat.

I am curious as to, who do you think was the most compelling witness and who was the worst?
Those 2 ponchos bug at me, I doubt he would wear 2, was it said for sure where MT was at this time?
Does anyone wonder why the clothes were cut up the middle?
I didnt realize the kids came in the Court with Grandma..she was compelling in her own way.
My worst are the Def experts especially the memory testimony and what they were paid.
Most compelling for me was the Nanny and Pavel and the Officer who right at the end said they new where the Raptor was..they went kind of speechless there.
My hope now the Jury can put this all together as it is all quite daunting, that they have good discussion so everyone sees what actually happened.
Im curious as well as to what was burnt in the fireplace..and if it was the paper towel, 10 rolls of it, there would be lots more to burn or get rid off to clean a mess like that..the fireplace itself would have been cleaned out as to not leave any rennaments of anything.
To me just that tells me MT is guilty, they would have been blood soaked, no amount of spilled coffee would use 10 rolls to clean up..sooo many questions??
Has anyone read where some think he packed her up and sent her to Greece..I remember MT saying he would send large parcels there, then some are wondering about the rugs, are they accounted for, was the phone call from Greece a code for something?

The police did not inform them that Jennifer was missing until 8:30 on May 24 after the trip to Albany and Starbucks. Fotis knew what he was doing but Michelle did not, if she is innocent, as she says. She did ask why are we doing this now and in a “bad” area but he just kept telling her not to worry about it.

The evidence that the prosecution put forward were damming in itself. They proved all her inconsistencies, that she lied to give Fotis an alibi, then that she was with Fotis all afternoon driving back and forth 80 mountain spring where Fotis gathered the evidence and Michelle burnt evidence in the fireplace, and then later went with Fotis to dispose more at the dumpsters along Albany Ave. And she went with Fotis to have the Tacoma detailed. Definitely guilty of tampering with the evidence, obstruction of justice and by knowingly lying to provide Fotis with an alibi she’s guilty of conspiring to commit murder as well.

I don't trust that she absolutely didn't know or suspect something at any point. Even just the trash run, even if she wasn't involved how did that not even prompt a question from her like oh hey why do we need to throw out so much trash all around the city amongst other things. But like someone here said, by the US legal standards there is reasonable doubt.
Yes she most likely didn't like Jen or having to leave the house when her kids visit
Yes trash run is suspicious but maybe she really was that oblivious.
She was in the car and in close proximity with him so her DNA could have transferred to that bag of garbage.
But I must say for me it's the alibi thing, where she says she was in the shower with him when she knew he wasn't also considering she later stated he left his phone and she answered a call of his - a ver specific call at that like why didn't she pick up all the other calls
Even if by any chance she wasn't involved that alone should have raised major questions about Fotis and his involvement in Jen's disappearance.
Any logical person would know that that's fishy.
I'm leaning towards she is guilty but I'm not sure they presented a good enough case for that.

I agree. Not enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. I watched almost the entire thing and I have doubt. Not saying she isn’t guilty but if I was on the jury, I would have doubt and that means a verdict of not guilty. Just my opinion. I was waiting for the smoking gun and never saw it.
