  • В этом видео приведён сравнительный анализ между болгаркой и ЭИД в разрушении очень твёрдой породы - кимберлита.
This video provides a comparative analysis between the grinder and the EPD in the destruction of a very hard rock - kimberlite

Wonderful results....Kimberlites are very hard rocks and hence processing of Kimberlites is a tough task....still EPD was able to break this rock in just minutes. No other technique can give this kind of results.

Yes, the EPD SPARK 2 can perform this type of disaggregation. Kimberlite is extremely hard and cannot be cut by this type of cutter, however the EPD SPARK 2 can do it so smoothly 🔥

Niether electricity they get struck by lightning all the time that lil bit of electricity wont shock a cow bahaha thats so fake my friend lightnig is way god stronger and carbanado gets hit and nothing happens i bet he broke it with a sledge hammer than put it in the bowl like soup bahaha

I have a 330g carbonado diamond I found fishing. I'm on the process of getting it cut by a jeweler. Bout a solid 15ct chunk looks insane. Definitely pay attention to stones on the ground that stick out

Why don't you get a diamond stylus from record player get some quartz powder , return Kimberlite to it's original form but leave vacant space to bake the diamond point along the with quartz crystals. Put everything in a pressure cooker, for 36-hrs. Diamond seeding.

Just soak it in lemon juice for 3-5 days then remove the diamonds with your gloved hands from it's rock settlements

I came looking for this comment before I made it, you're absolutely right. We also do caustic dissolution where I work. recover down to 75micron stones.

of course, the jaw crusher is much more efficient in terms of performance - you just put the sample in and crushed it, BUT! during mechanical crushing, all diamond crystals will receive defects, will be over-grinded and it will be easier to lose them at the concentration stage, even after alkaline or any other leaching. I'm not talking about the exponential reduction in the cost of defective crystals and with decreasing of their size. The main advantage of EPD is the almost complete preservation of the original forms of diamond crystals (up to 98% in comparison with conventional mechanical crushing). Good luck guys)) also always welcome to test your samples in our 3D lab, based in Ankara, Turkey - you'll be able to see with your own eyes how simple and effective it is for rough diamonds.

@@CNTMinerals We don't crush our diamonds very often. We use a big jaw for primary crush, then bell crushers to bring it down further (to 2mm). We do our own observation, our process doesn't damage the stones. Honestly, we maybe crush one stone every 6months operating, maybe. We experimented with EPD, it tended to absolutely explode diamonds with any inclusions. In our situation, there was no benefit and a lot of added cost. Not all kimberlite is the same, it won't all crush or ... EPD the same either.

Hahaha carbanado is the hardest diamond in the world its gonna take alot more than a lil grinder to crush that maybe a bomb that was so fake its not even real theres no way on gods earth that you can crush with electricity carbanado is so conductive it just pass thru cmon stop lying i was gonna subcribe till i see the fake video hahaha that is funny joke hahaha

Oh, thats okay, that you don't trust us, you can visit our Lab to test disaggregation properties of your carbonado-bearing rock sample, or you can send us a smalll piece of that rock sample and we will test it on live stream video to make sure you that we don't produce fake.
