thank u so much sir. But suppose I want to make water distribution by using only the potential energy (elevation). The parameters I have are Elevation of each nodes, pipe length and the diameter, maybe some surface roughness etc and I don't have the velocity of the water inside the pipe, as well as the base demand of water. So can we simulate how much water can we transport to the end of the nodes (water capacity) ? how ?. thank you..

I came here with the same question. Trying to solve pipe networks with elevation as your pressure source by hand can be over a day's work.

Hey Arief,
for modeling water distribution with potential energy do it like that:
1. give the reservoir the elevation (= potential energy) of the input source
2. model the pipe network with node elevation below reservoir elevation
3. for water output: instead of nodes with base demand, use tanks with elevation of the output node
--> Now EPANET will calculate the flow and velocity in the system just due to gravity
