- He was no longer holding her, but only the residues of her warmth, as time slowly ebbed away her being. It was too soon. His heart caved in as she continued to dissolve into the moonless sky.
"You said, you won't leave me", he choked. Yet in the gentlest voice, she said, "But, don't you remember? I promised I'm always going to be in your heart didn't I?" He shut his eyes tightly at her words, as if trying to capture them, realizing that only silence followed afterwards, a silence that seemed to stretch for eternity though it had only been seconds after she said those words. Coldness crept into his stomach. He refused to open his eyes. afraid that if he opens them, he would have to accept that she's no longer there. Gone. The thought sent a shudder in his being. With eyes remained closed, he tossed his head to the black sky, took a pained breath and screamed,
"BUT IT'S NOT THE SAME!"
His eyes flew open. White ceiling. The sound of fan blades whirring. Sunlight seeped through his curtains and softly illuminated the bedroom walls. He realized he had been weeping. He rolled over and curled up, shaking silently, violently, under the weight of unconsolable grief.
HAHHAHA wow, this song got me ultra sentimental. I just imagined this scene while listening to the song.

When I heard the piece, I was blown awayyyy. I am a violinist first of all, but doing these remixes has got me into the world of piano even more. But this piece, idk...I get similar feelings to Bach's Chaccone, though they are very different composers. There's despair, and then blissful dream state, back to even more despair, the more I listen, the more I find new things.

This song right here, helps describe a dream I just had.
I remember walking through a hall filled with darkness, I was frightened. Who wouldn’t be? Feeling walls made of cold cement. I don’t know how I ended up there, I don’t know why I kept going, but I knew I had to reach the end. Twists and turns brought me to a cave, glittering with gems of turquoise and white. I looked up and I saw her, the most important woman I had ever met. She was smiling, dancing on air filled with the sweet aroma of lavender and lily of the valley. Peony’s grew wherever she touched and light eliminated from her very soul.
I watched before she grabbed my hand and lifted me up, whispering, “ trust me, I know what I’m doing “
I danced with her until my feet bled, my legs broke, and my skin wept.
She was untouched, joyous, and beautiful.
I watched my dance teacher, mother figure, and friend dance.
I watched her smile, express how happy she is, and how sorry she was she didn’t get a chance to say goodbye.
Enveloping me in a hug, I sobbed.
Her look affirmed everything I had been worrying about every day.
She is okay, she is happy, and most importantly she is still with me.
At the end of the dream I got to say my peace, I finally was able to tell her thank you and goodbye. And tell her I love her
The last words I heard were, “I know, and I love you too”
Peony’s were her favorite flower, lavender was her favorite scent, and purple was her favorite color. Her favorite sweater was the color of turquoise.

Envision this: you’re ascending up a spiral staircase out of this world, at the very bottom of the staircase, there is a grand piano with this being played. The music rebounds and reverberates up the walls as you make your way up, being a marker as the last thing you hear as you make your way out of this earth. getting quieter and quieter as you transcend. You decide to sit a few hundred feet up and just listen before you go, this is what you hear.

Each time I listen to this piece it pulls at something deep in my soul, it incites peace and pain all at once. Maybe it's a fragment of what Chopin was feeling and wanted to convey through this piece.
This remix is heaven and hell like. I play violin as well and want to play this on violin one day.
I closed my eyes to try and get away from the reality I lived in and leave to another world for a fee hours. I keep having these dreams each following a story that hasnt been finished yet all the sorry progressing each dream. There's a woman in each dream...I'm pretty sure shes the love of my life she has long straight hair and kind green eyes and is always dressed in a gown not from this time..
I know I'm remembering in someone else's memory but it still feels like mine..I too am wearing a gown not from this time my thick curly hair in a tight bun with few strands hanging out. We dance and talk and laugh in every dream each one I feel like I'm closer to her some how. I wake up and after a hard day I collapse onto my bed and fade back into the dreams.
This night was one of the strangest because as me and the woman she kisses me...I never felt more happy I ask her if we can run away and live a life together but before she answers what in assuming is or was her father steps into the room with a stern look
She grabs my hand and we run faster and faster her fathers shouts rang in the halls I look into her eyes and for the first time I see that there is fear in her eyes. We finally make it into the court yard and hide behide a rose bush. She looks at me again and kissed ne again.
Suddenly there are shouts and foot steps a group of guards finds us and pulls us apart we both have tears streaming down our faces as we scream to be let go.
I wake up and try to gather my thoughts its 9:21 am so I walk to the nearset coffee shop and order a muffin and some coffee (strong coffee) I look out the window and people watch as I think about my dream probally blushing by the thought of it.. A woman walks in with long straight hair and green eyes with a kind look in them she notices me and we make eye contact probably both blushing...a single tear runs down her face as she makes her way over to the table
I'm in another world...
Peering up at the looming structure of his childhood home, Mav is hesitant to turn the doorknob. The strange force that brought him to return has fled, and now the only thing remaining is his heart, thumping with longing for the years of his life he spent here. His hand moves on its own to twist the rusted knob, and he brushes away thick cobwebs before stepping inside.
Once he enters, the outside world mutes itself and leaves him to his thoughts. The inside is coated with dust and framed with cobwebs, but Mav is not repulsed; rather, he is brought to tears by the disintegrating state of his old home.
It’s as if he watches his life play itself out in front of him, seeing himself with his siblings as they run through the house, tracking mud on carpets that are no longer there and accidentally knocking over valuables that have been broken for over sixty years. His parents, who have been dead for longer than he can remember, watch jovially from afar, taping the events with an old camera that was lost to time.
He starts walking, making his way through the barren rooms. He wants to find something, anything. It’s as he enters the glass-walled study that he finds it.
A large shape covered by a thick, dusty blanket. He approaches it, his wooden cane tip-tapping on the cracked marble floors as he draws closer. Reaching out with an old, shaky hand, he removes the blanket and stares at the grand piano now displayed before him. Wisps of the soothing music his mother used to play echoes in his ears.
Ignoring the dust, he seats himself on the creaky stool of which he was last perched upon decades ago. With his cane propped up on the side of the piano, he stretches his fingers out and slowly lays them on the ivory keys. It’s been years since he last played, but it takes less than a second to be warmly embraced by the piano. His fingers glide slowly across, unable to maintain the hurried pace he was once able to play. The piano both feels and sounds as weathered as he is, but in the moment he feels young, and the piano seems as perfect as it used to be. When he strikes the last note, his eyes shut and for a quick moment he is back sixty years in time, as his parents applaud him for his talent and hard work.
But alas, the moment cannot last forever, and as quickly as it came, it was gone. Mav sighs deeply, opening his eyes to be met with nothing but the now dull piano in front of him. The feeling of being accompanied still faintly remains, and he has to remind himself that he is the only person to have entered the house since his last sibling passed away four years ago.

@@kchannel4299 It's honestly pretty hard to remember now. I was having drems and daydreams like this one almost everyday, but i think I lost them. It was at the end of a long line of these ocean dreams where I kept meeting this "water Goliath". Their body was made of the ocean they were standing in, and their avatar was where their heart should have been. Sometimes I was too. The last one, though, it's like they lost control. I don't know; I haven't had a dream in a long time.

If you want a piece that has a much stronger feeling of lost, I suggest Nocturne in C Minor Op.48 No.1. That piece for me is probably the greatest emotional piece by Chopin.
An amazing piece as well, both are the gold standard for Chopin and romanticism as a whole. I would recommend listening to Ballad 4 too.

I had a dream, it was a sad dream, but it was a good dream, at same time.
I was probably skipping class at my home, and some friends of mine (that I actually dont know them) was in there with me. And there was that guy... He was a taller than me, he had a little short hair with the trimmed sides. His hair was brown with blond highlights. He had a defined face, not so defined but he was beautiful. I think he had dark eyes. He was so handsome that in the instant I looked at him, I was so nervous.
I tried to became friend with him. I hugged him, I kissed him. I had never had such a precious dream. At some point, i knew that it was all a dream, and I told him:
- You know, right? It just a dream. Im going to wake up at some point. We will never meet again. I dont want this...
And he told me:
- I know. But will you remember me?
I clearly said yes, but, deep down, we knew it wasn't going to happen.
I wish we had spent more time together.
I wish I hugged him more.
I would like to meet with him again. But he's just a memory, now. I dont know his face, anymore. I hate myself...
We both started to do so many things to spend time togheter, we told jokes, we watched movies, we laughed together. And, i told him: our time is ending...
And so, the last thing we did together was to cook mushrooms with cheese and tomato sauce. Our food wasn't even ready, but I knew it was time to say goodbye.
My alarm clock went off, I hung up and desperately tried to sleep and went back to say one last goodbye.

Can you try the Song of the Sea / Amhran Na Farraige? There's vocals, but "Head Credits" and "Key in the Sea" from the movie soundtrack have (mostly) instrumental versions of the song. "Dance with the Fish" is an already enchanting song from the movie..it would be incredible ethereal-ified. If you haven't seen Song of the Sea, then do see it! It's a stunning, stunning movie - magical and heartwarming and ethereal all at the same time.
