A few days ago, a guy who calls himself an 'RSF supporter' showed me his belief that outdated mods that DLS distribute with 'without Pacenote plugin support' should be expelled from RSF. (Hmmm, I guess what I've been using for the past 4 years is something other than the Pacenote plugin. 🤔) I was so moved by his nobility. So even though I still don't use RSF, I decided make a pacenotes for RSF exclusive stages with my outdated mod of 'without pacenote plugin support'.
I'm so impressed with my mod that it works so well on RSF. 🤣🤣

신기하게 옛날 게임들의 저화질그래픽이 영상으로 다시 인코딩되면서 화질이 떨어지면 실제같은 느낌이 더 나는거 같아요.

The problem is not your co-driver mods; if a user doesn't like them then they can just uninstall them. When we say "not pacenote compatible" we mean they're not compatible with other co-driver mods. In RSF we try to align co-drivers to a common set of pacenotes ID's so even if I use "tightens to five" pacenote from an English mod or a French mod they will both use the same ID and the pacenotes are compatible.
The BIG problem the distribution of pacenotes using DLS files. If a user wants to revert your co-driver they can just remove it; but the DLS files are still "broken" because they don't use the default pacenotes anymore and the user has to re-download all the stages. If you would've used ini files for everything then this wouldn't be a problem.
So I include the mod enabler in pack. The mod enabler makes a backup copy of your existing files when you install a mod, and you can go back to the original when you disable the mod.
I emphasized that my pacenote only works with my codriver mod since I released it 3 years ago. The reason my Pacenote can only can be used with my Co-driver mod was to prevent unauthorized use of 'RBR pirates' at the time. Now, I admit it wasn't a good choice. I am aware of the current problem, but it is now impossible to respond to all 260+ pacenotes and 26 co-driver mods only for RSF. Therefore, I recommended to use Mod Enabler when using my mod.
@@LezaRacing This is fine, if people could read README's (trust me, they don't). We've had countless of newcomers asking for help because they're getting "unknown pacenote" problems after using your modpack and not properly using the mod enabler.
I think some of your mods are great; I used a modified Paul Coleman for a long time that I converted to be compatible with the Janne/Porridge ID lists. But now that RBR Roadbook is released as well the Luppis pacenote pack is becoming very popular, you have to be compatible to be relevant in the RSF community.
If you want help to convert your existing mods to be "compatible" with the biggest other co-drivers just let me know, and I'm sure others can also help. If not, that is also fine.
@@tobier_yt Haha, I was very stressed out by newcomer and die-hard fans during the year when RSF started to make a huge evolution. Unintentionally, it seems that RSF's management team was also got a claimed by newcomers due to problems with my mod. I would like to apologize to the RSF team. For the time being, I will stop distributing packs for my RSF so that there is no further interfere to RSF team. Thanks for your support.
