Basically it is a fantasy, revenge story in a world of heroes, demons, and demi humans. The MC was chosen to be a "Hero" and his class is a healer, but the downside is he experiences all the pain in his patients life up until he meets them. And because of the whiplash effect every time he heals, he tries not to go through with it but the kingdom decides to enslave him so they can drug him so he can't escape, abuse his abilities even though he still experiences all the pain, and abuse him (in more ways than one). But the added bonus to using his abilities he learns to use his patients fighting styles, magic techniques (alchemy for example), and he can modify his body to be stronger and faster. So up until the battle with the demon lord, after years of abuse, he gains a drug resistant ability to be immune to their mind control and is no longer addicted, and uses all his patients experience to defeat the demon lord and use the philosopher stone combined with his powers to turn back time before he became a hero. But little by little his memories from the first timeline start to come back, until he gets kissed on the eye so everything comes back to him up onto that point. Now with his memories back and knowledge of what to come, he swears vengeance on the corrupt empire that used him, and his "fellow heroes" that abused him. Starting off by eating neurotoxic mushrooms so his drug resistance can come sooner. And after coming to his senses before meeting the other heroes, he sets his quest for revenge into motion. Starting with the princess, who was the first person that showed their true colors to him.
