Nearly 100K miles in my 2016 Civic Touring sedan that I bought used in 2018 with 9800 miles. The air conditioner condenser was replaced at no cost to me by Honda earlier this year since it's a manufacturers defect issue. Routine maintenance isn't outrageously expensive either. I plan on keeping this car another couple of years at least. I highly recommend this car used.

I have owned mostly trucks but I have owned a few cars too; 1st car was 91’ Acura Integra 5 speed, 92’ Mustang 5.0 / 5 speed (Best Ever), 4 Civics(95’, 97’, & 99’) all 5 speed and great cars. My last truck was 15’ Nissan Titan 4x4 that got 12city/17hwy (worst gas mileage ever) that I “Happily” traded in on my new 19’ Civic EX 1.5L Turbo 33city/44hwy and didn’t realize how many cool features my car had till I saw this video of a Civic LX! I test drove a 2.0 Civic and then the 1.5 turbo realizing a world of difference in fuel economy plus had never experienced the pep of a turbo in an automatic 4 cylinder car!#Civic❤️#HappyHondaOwner

It's too bad you can't stop them from rolling down so you don't wake up all the time with a car full of water. On the 2019 there's no way to undo that. If anybody has any ideas let me know
Hi Chris: Thanks for the informative video. I had my front bumper repainted and suddenly many lights came on like adaptive cruise control problem, and Collision Mitigation Braking system problem. Do you have any tips on how to clear these lights? I appreciate your input.

Hi! Your video was very helpful. I have one question. Is it possible to remove the clock wallpaper on the screen to just show the menu screen when I turn the car on? I have to keep pressing Home in order for it to show the menu. I'm not sure if I'm making sense but thank you !

Excellent video. How do you deem the instrument panel lights?
On the driver's interface there's a stick on the right hand side, you should be able to twist it to adjust the brightness of the driver's interface.

Great video. I have a 2016 EX I bought new, and your video taught me things I had no clue about. I do have 1 question. I put the battery from my 2016 Civic EX into my husband's 2014 Civic EX when his battery died. Its been working great. Can using the battery meant for the 2016 in the 2014 cause any problems down the road? Thanks again for posting the video.
This would be a great question for your local Honda Service Center. I'm not sure on this one.

Never knew about the trunk release and using the key to roll up the windows! I have a 2020 Sport sedan with a 6MT. I installed Honda Hack and changed things further (don't do this if you're worried about your warranty).

Lol, my 2018 Type R has none of those features, that's because it's a UK version, I imagine the US version has heated Recaro's, panoramic sun roof and all the other executive features.😑
@gregc2467 I honestly don't know much about the UK version. Roughly around 10% of my viewers are from Canada. They occasionally share how their models vary from the American Honda market.

There are plug and play devices that are simple to use allowing wireless carplay and android auto. I just never test them out myself yet. Thank you for watching

Honda Civic lover here! Just leased a Honda Civic 2021 and it no longer shows me the little car when I have cruise control on, so you know why that may be?
I believe that you're sharing about the icon with a car and speed-o-meter indicating cruise enable? It varies between models how it shows that cruise is enabled.
Take it from someone who actually drives one...it means there's no vehicle in front of you while CC is enabled. Honda sensing isn't detecting a car, so speed will not be adjusted until a car gets in front and trips your present sensitivity setting.
Can you change the icons on the dashboard by using the radio on a 2019 LX too?
Unfortunately the LX screen is very limited on the customization. You can NOT change the skins. Thank you for watching
I bought my 2016 Honda civic sedan brand new. I’ve never had issues with the Bluetooths now it’s not working. When I hit the phone button it just says loading and then stops right away. I don’t know what I need to do to reset the Bluetooth to clear everything out to factory settings. Would love some help
The last customer I assist with the same situation just required a software update on their phone. I don't know if this is the same situation for you but check your phone if it's requiring any updates.

UK and American Honda models do vary.
I recently bouhgt a 2018 Honda Civic which has repaired CVT and whose engine base is opened (previous owner obviously hide it and I only became aware upon visiting the dealership). Car is running fine at the moment but do you forsee any potential issues and symptoms that I should be prepared for in the near future?
That would be a question for the Honda technician, check if the repair was done correctly and checking the current condition of the used vehicle.

As a fresh owner of a 2017 honda civic 5dr Executive my only issue is that i can't open my trunk wireless with the trunk open button, ive seen multiple videos about people with Honda Accord going to the glove compartment and turning a button with a trunk icon on/off then it works.
Have ben searching for about 8 hours now with no luck, does anyone know how to fix this ?
The trunk button on the fobs for the honda civic hatchback are to unlock the hatch while keeping the other door locked. they don't have a powered hatch or assist open.

The key trick to open all the windows with the remote is exactly the same to close all the windows. You don't need the key, you can do with the remote. One click to close the car and the second, you hold and close.

How to set up voice recognition in a 2023 honda civjc sport

As I followed through the steps to open browser, it didn’t appear on my Home Screen panel after I click the cancel android restriction, any advice on that?

When Civic 10 1.5 turbo engine warms up to optimum level, idle rpm drops to 600-650rpm and car slightly vibrates. But if you put handle to N or P position when idling ,rpm goes up to 700-730 and vibration goes away. And also if you turn on any accesory like AC. Rpm goes up from 630 to 730 and vibration goes away. This problem occurs in every CVT CİVİCS . Do you know why ?

I have a Honda Cvic FK7 2018 from Japan, equipped with Gathers Audio System, and car dashboard in japanese. My remote start function has been disable, most probably because of car battery changed. I know from the stock audio system we can enable this option. But as my car is quipped with Gathers vxm-195 vfi and dont has this option. Is there any hack/tricky way to enable the remote start back in the ECU? Please help, many thanks Kavios

Are you doing it through the driver's interface?
If you can't do it it through the infotainment screen, it needs to be done with a scantool.

Wrong! If the battery dies then the door key won't work, so what's the point of having a door key? 🤔. The door key connections are all electric so if the battery dies the door key won't turn as it's controlled by electric connections not cable connections LOL
You still can use your key to unlock the driver door. Depending on the trim level, it could be a standard key or a key inside the fob that is used for that situation.
Knows all the tricks and runs out of gas. Hmm
