- Marius, Kate, Robert, Harriet, Spikey, Saskia, Nigel and Alison tackle the marathon that is Belhaven(!), devised by Hugh Foss, to music by Keith Smith and Anne-Laure Latour. Please excuse the imperfections - with several dancers being out of action due to illness, several replacements were brought in, one with fewer than 24 hours' notice! Video credits to Jacqui Brocker.
Since I saw Lady Mary and Anna doing Scottish dancing in Downton Abbey I enjoy watching it - regards from Germany
Splendid melodies, and my goodness, what exceptionally fine dancing, really fine! DJ in Knoxville TN
Very nicely danced. Lovely music. It’s so nice to watch things being done properly.
Lovely hearing "There's Nae Luck Aboot the Hoose" among the Strathspeys. We learned to sing it in Primary 7 - the old "Qualifying " Class - back in 1960. Great memories. Thanks. Charlie, Aberdeen
I love all the tunes that the fiddler is playing ❤️❤️
What an incredible performance. I would have required a GPS to navigate Belhaven!
Amazing dancing and amazing stamina, well done everyone it was a joy to watch thank you
Very gracefully done
Irish here! -- Not bad at all at all; seriously and joking aside, very nice to watch! -- Whereabouts in beautiful Scotland and when oh when did this gathering actually take place?
Would I be welcome to attend one of your Scottish Céilís should I decide to visit there?
A sight for sore eyes. Dazzling footwork too.
No sign of who the emergency “replacement” dancers were. It was all done beautifully.
