Really want to try the Banana Buns. They look soooo scrumptious and I always wonder what to use Bananas that are going soft for and this is a great idea. I may add some dried fruit such as raisins and sultanas either to the dough or in with the banana filling. Also could you put some of the piping custard inside the buns?. Imagine cooking apple pie and instead of knife you use teeth to cut the pieces of apple...Although it will get cooked the thought of it is gross if it is going to eaten by others. Just looks a bit gross.
