  • In 1469 A.D., according to the Western calendar, Nanak, the esteemed figure who founded the Sikh religion and served as its first Guru, came into this world. By spreading a message of love, understanding, and critique towards blind adherence to rituals prevalent among religious followers in northern India, Nanak gained a substantial following. Subsequently, he entrusted the leadership of this newfound faith to nine successive Gurus. The term "Sikh," derived from Punjabi, translates to "Disciple" in English. In 1708, prior to his passing, Guru Gobind Singh declared that the Sikhs no longer required a living leader. He appointed the Sikh Holy Book, now recognized as Sri Guru Granth Sahib, as their spiritual successor and the Khalsa, meaning "The Pure," as their physical successor. The Khalsa consists of individuals, both men and women, who have undergone the Sikh baptism ceremony and diligently adhere to the Sikh Code of Conduct and Conventions. Guru Gobind Singh firmly believed that all the spiritual guidance Sikhs needed for their daily lives could be found within Sri Guru Granth Sahib, which stands as the eternal Guru of the Sikh community.
    In addition to the profound spiritual verses penned by the Sikh Gurus, the role of being the spiritual leader of a prominent religion also involves incorporating the writings of saints from various faiths, such as Hinduism and Islam. These saints' perspectives align harmoniously with the teachings of the Sikh Gurus.

      Problem A
      Solution Reincarnate and rebirth/reset of some biology to its original state
      Solution Ressurrect the problem and use the Problem to solve itself eventually
      This is the reality of biology
      Now we imagine something else we imagine is going on and are therefore distracted from the reality of the biological problem
      The removal of the over association with the LEFT PFC
      Is the first step to helping someone understand they have seven brains,

      Ego is negative

    • @jackm2293
      @jackm2293 Před 6 měsíci

      @@bongchong7748 Please allow me to enlighten you. The word ego is mistreated.
      In 'psychoanalytic' use it means 'a sense of self-esteem or self-importance.'
      "he needed a boost to his ego"
      In 'spiritual' use 'the ego is a formation of the Spirit, necessary to individualized existence.'
      Gurus and Religions who's goal is either union with the 'oneness' or escape from 'samsara' seek to dissolve the 'ego' too eliminate it too achieve one of those ends.
      (And that is, in my opinion possible. But also not necessarily desirable.)
      You are stating that 'ego is negative'.
      Because you are (i infer) an adherent of an aforementioned Religion or follower of such a Guru.
      If you want to become one with nothingness, you go right ahead!
      But your statement that ego is negative. is just your opinion based on your spiritual objective.
      It is not a true statement.
      Ego is self. Ego allows you to have a perspective from witch to view the entire of existence.
      without it you would have no self. No choices. No 'free will'. you would at ones be everything and everywhere. but with out any will. any agency. If that is truly what you want. then i wish you good luck.
      But remember that the statement 'ego is negative' is not a universal truth. It is a tool used by Gurus and religions. You know, one of the first thing to achieve in 'brain washing' some one is to dissolve there sense of self. so you can replace it with something of your own creation. Be careful what you 'believe in'. Be careful who you follow. Can you really trust them?
      Are you so sure that want to dissolve your ego?
      Maybe having a self is not so bad?
      And maybe death is just the beginning?
      ❤🙏 Best wishes too you on your journey.

    @0:32 "...wherever I look, there is HE." Why not say "...wherever I look, there is the LORD?" For a philosophy or religion to be so wise, why the sexism? And why don't intelligent people realize this?

      God isn't a man or a woman, he's not even both. God is the Universe and is Spirit 😊

      None of those things are requirements for mysticism.
      Mysticism isn't about being a monk or some kind of cartoonish wizard.

    • @MrCastleJohnny
      @MrCastleJohnny Před 6 měsíci +3

      @@vtheawesome That's not what I said and monk is not a wizard either, so that doesn't make any sense. it's simply a strawman. Asceticism is a prerequisite for mysticism. Highest levels of purification and contemplation requires renouncing this world as well.

    • @vtheawesome
      @vtheawesome Před 6 měsíci +5

      @@MrCastleJohnny I didn't say being a monk is being a wizard. I said mysticism isn't about those things. Also, plenty of disciplines have mysticism that's not dependent on being a renunciate.

      @MrCastleJohnny Před 6 měsíci +2

      @@vtheawesome You claimed that my description of mysticism is somehow tied to cartoonish wizards even though I only mentioned monks. So that was just complete strawman and had nothing to do with the conversation whatsoever.
      There's no such thing as "have mysticism". It's clear now that you don't even know what mysticism is.

    • @lunarmoon4596
      @lunarmoon4596 Před 6 měsíci +2

      Every societal norm was created out of religion & is interwoven with it humanity has always looked up to a higher power the purpose of it all
      There are many different paths to mysticism true enlightenment one with the universe one with the higher power
      To each their own & each one is true as long as you can return to the beginning the sea of souls from which everything ended & began to be have no beginning or an end
      To be nothing go no where & be everything & everywhere
      When you realize you are an observer rather then in it then you can attain detachment & control attachments reach nirvana in its truest form to be one & all
      All are right & everyone is wrong that was my religion
      Now as for Skism in my opinion is mystical as much as any other religion is
      They all lead to the supreme core
