The hard work the men have to put into Barbecue street food Restaurant to get it all ready for customers has to be respected and admired. None of the preparation is done by machine that I could see. It is small businesses like this that will be successful, hard work and food that tastes real good equals success.
I'm thinking just that as I'm watching the video. You can tell how much care and effort is put into every step of the process.

It’s amazing that this guy does all the cooking plus raises all his own chickens that he uses.
Wow😱 this entire process is incredible!! This guy has a early day everyday with getting everything setup!! From dawn he's prepping and getting all the meats ready to be grilled and the rice all prepared to be steam!! I take my hat 👒 off to this man he's very Hard Working!! Thai grilled chicken on the charcoal is my 2nd most beloved dish. No1 is Thai “train grilled chicken”. It was sold by the train vendors on the old days Thai train. It is yellow with turmeric and garlic. Best of the best.
