About 40 years ago I worked at a fitness center and we had a group of older ladies that would come for aerobics. After which they went straight to Marie Calendars for pie! Loved them

I just at 53, weighed in at 135 , an Urgent Care broken pinky investigation, nurses sent the x-rays, the pictures, to the radiologist, and I weigh135! The mechanic that told me how to get to the Albert Pike Care Center, was the best looking man I have seen in my Avila nothing cash app.
I joined the gym three months ago and honestly I don’t see any progress at all, so I figured I’m gonna go there in person tomorrow and ask him what the hell is going on.
