  • As part of their master project, Nico Lachner, Samuel Ireland, Franz Bernhardt, Tobias Hesse and Philipp Wiertelorz dealt with the topic of sports psychology and primarily mental imagery. This technique describes the process of thinking through each possible scenario, before athletes start their competition, so they can concentrate more on strengths, which improves their performance. Even injured athletes often resort to this method. During their injury break they do the same to keep the feeling for how to perform the techniques of their sport.
