Wish Sennheiser would have added LDAC to MTW4. The Snapdragon sound certification means it won't support Hi-Res codecs for majority of the popular phones like Samsung Galaxy..
The MTW3s have seriously the best audio I've ever heard on both headphones and earbuds! The customizability is absolutely fucking out of this world... the bass, the treble, the response... absolutely incredible. Super excited for these!!!!
As good as the wireless earbuds are, they had WAY too many problems with them just randomly stop working & I experienced it myself. I really hope they fix this issue with the new releases

I have the original AirPods and AirPod Pros in all their iterations and never had/have a single incident with connectivity to my Apple devices. I know that people often criticise AirPods for not having the best sound quality, especially when referring to the original AirPods, but l honesty never felt that way; and I own audiofile grade headphones as well.
I'm guessing thats the reason they kept the exact same design
@@kennethmonk7440l think they should continue with that design actually. I recently decided to try the new flagship Sony earbuds with my iPhone. I didn’t find them as dynamic/powerful sounding as the AirPods Pro’s 2 and the equaliser really didn’t make the huge difference in sound that reviews claimed. Plus the design of the AirPods Pro’s just felt so comfortable in my ears. I know people keep anticipating that AirPods will remove the steam, but as another reviewer mentioned, the design of earbuds like the Sony’s make them prone to being pulled out when something like your hand hitting them from the top; where the AirPods hook into your ears, which prevents that from happening.
Strangely enough, I had 2 M3 units broken on me. The previous model though, M2 still works!
Hopefully they are reliable/proper quality vs MTW3.

I absolutely loved my momentum 3s but I had to send them into warranty in december. I just found out that Sennheiser can't replace my 3s because they'd stopped producing them but I'll be getting the 4s in April instead.
I may not be happy about having to get cheap ear buds in the meantime but this video has definitely got me hyped for my new toys!
Aaron, i can say my (horrible) experience with the MTW2 and 3: the 1' ones had the famous issue of de-charging completely the headphones also if in the case -> returned. the TW3, bought after some months, they died completely with no reason..... -> thanks to the EU rules, being in the 2 yrs purchase time, i got a refund and returned. i cant reccomend them all, and i'm a proud owner of the HD660S and 800S.....cabled headphones are marvellous, the wireless ones seem crap of i was very bad luck......
I don’t understand Sennheiser's level of thinking when it comes to Battery Life. This is the 4th edition of these buds, and these don’t even crack 8 hours!? It's ridiculous….

As someone on their 3rd pair of MtW3 I really hope the 4 can have longevity. I’ll be waiting a few months to see how they hold up

Ah very excited! I had issues with the 3 and I also found them too big and bulky. Hopefully they'll reduce size!
Aint gonna lie, imo only the case is bulky, the earbuds shouldn't be any smaller or passive noise cancelation will be compromised

Momentum 3 were awesome but plagued with issues. I went thru 4 RMA
I hope they have sorted out the battery failure issues (ie failure to charge). The MTW3 has still some pretty major hardware issues!
I really like my MTW3, but I am on my second pair, the first pair discharged totally and wouldn't not recharge. They were under warranty and within 3 weeks I received a brand new pair. So far so good. They are my go-to set for business calls on Teams. Eagerly awaiting your review of the "4".
I was really big fan of sennheiser tws with my first experience of my sennheiser momentum 2s.. I used them almost 2 years 5 /6 times per week but battery of left earbuds became very weak.. After that I tried momentum 3 tws but I had some problems with connection and pairing at two different pairs bought at various stores so after that I tried sennheiser midrange tws cx plus and sport tws and that midrange of senn tws are overall better choise than momentum 3 tws if we focus on price/quality ratio of course with 3rd party eartips sony EPEX10AB they have phenomenal passive - nc mainly senn sport tws with that eartips so.. ("back
to the present") I am using now denon perl pro for daily use and for sport activities senn sport tws because senn. Let me down with last tws flagship and also that he releases new tws too late and so expensive 😅😢.. I thing better value over all is earfun free pro 3 than new senn sport tws 2024 😉👋
Well i got momentum 3 twice. First one changed due to whistling sound. And second one is start to whistle again. Also, it is very good when you are in a normal room but in bus or train or walking in normal traffic it is impossible to enjoy music because it is not so loud.
It is funny how the Accentum Plus look exactly like the Accentum headphones. They are pulling an iphone design where they copy the previous generations, lol. The sport version earbuds seem WAY too expensive. Thank you for the review as they are always great!

Mtw3 are the best earbuds or any sounding headphones I have ever used.... However, the built quality sucks! I have done 8 returns/exchange. In the end, they give me a refurbished one that was better than a new one....
I pray that they tuned it exactly like the Ie600 (same bass shelf, same presence region, same treble region

My MW3 died within like 4 months, and one bud completely started buzzing out, truly disappointed since i loved the MW2, ill wait and test out the MW4, but i suggest buy any protection plan you can get. I didnt have any on my MW3 so basically lost out on 300 dollars
They have 2 years warranty.

MT3s where great!!.... Until they stopped working just like most people in internet. Sennheiser's quality was on the floor for this model
"Improvements", because "These don't randomly break after a few months" isn't quite the wallet-opener sales pitch lol
honestly, while they do actually work, the MTW3 was a king-of-all-trades - comfortable, excellent sound, good software, good ANC, etc - not quite ace-level performance, but definitely not half-assing any of it either, which kinda makes the fact they break so much more painful. I actually bought one of each - CXTW, CXpTW and MTW3 and all three of them had the exact same symptoms - right earbud started having crunchy sounds that were responsive to movement/pressure changes, until it eventually went totally silent - no system or BT sounds, but they connected, charged and the controls worked.
MTW4 will be the final last chance they get. ...probably not, because I'm kinda addicted to their sound and other phones just ain't the same 😅but yeah - that sound is pointless when the damn things are just broken. I really hope to see these guys do well... and not merely just last the EU-mandated 2-year warranty period 😂
MTW3 are the best sounding buds ever produced at this pricepoint. End of story.
Hi Aaron. I was wondering how we could get our Samsung phones to finally support the Aptx Lossless Codec?
I owned the MTW3 for a while but sadly had to let it go. It gets uncomfortable after around an hour of use, touch controls are too sensitive which is easy to misclick/touch, and the mic picks up more of the background noise than my voice. Its sad because it sounds so good but thats about it. I am now using Beats Studio Buds+ because it just does everything good like the APP2 but the tuning is very interesting and fun to listen to.
I hope the MTW4 fixes those issues so I can go back to the signature Sennheiser sound.
God, the sport look horrible and I can’t believe they stuck to the exact the same clunky case design for the mtw 4. This aside I think I will preorder the mtw 4 since the predecessor were the best sounding earbuds I ever tested. I returned them because there were problems with the app and the update to the newest firmware and I got afraid of the huge amount of quality issues reported in the internet. I hope they address these with the new iteration.
All I wanted was for the case to be smaller, that's the only issue I have with the mtw3
I don't understand why anyone wants noise canceling for sports earbuds. It is a major safety issue. I want pass through for all fitness earbuds.
Nah, in a gym environment I want the best anc possible to quiet the annoying music and douchebags. I can see it being dangerous for jogging outside though.

I had ordered the MTW3s but after this video I proceeded to cancel them. I can't wait for those MTW4s to come out the previous generation, they sound spectacular.
If the Accentum get ANC off option I will get them...
Great, I can finally replace TW3 with TW4. TW3 broke down many times, resulting in me having to use original Apple headphones for half a year!

I'm disappointed that the MTW4 case is the same size as MTW3. I wish they made it more compact.
If I had to venture a guess I'd say that the Momentum 4 will be closer to the Sony XM5 in the sense that they're not going to be a far superior product over the Momentum 3's. Maybe better battery life and a few extra options within the app, but better by leaps and bounds will be far-fetched.

Any information about the bluetooth codecs on these? Because as a TWS3 user my Samsung Galaxy S23+ is missing a modern bluetooth codecs like AptX adaptive so my earbuds are using old AptX.
It's true the mw3 are troubled. I never had earbuds fail and I've bought the top earbuds once a year. The right doesn't charge unless I keep the case open. Also if I only use one earbud, they both discharge equally. SMH.

I would really like to know how was your experience particularly spatial audio of Denon Perl Pro.
@@rdutta5368 it is good! It’s done a bit differently where it doesn’t head track like jabra or AirPods. It’s not overpowering but it is noticeably better when it’s on. The denon have good call quality when I’ve tested it and the people on the other line haven’t complained about quality. The social mode or transparency needs work. The audio is superb especially after the AAT is set up. Active noise canceling isn’t the top tier but it is up there and seems to be better when music is on.
How do you replace Denon Perl pros for Sennheisers surely. Thats a downgrade in terms of sound!
@@petermurage8685 I tried them both, but didn’t have them at the same time. I think the cheap side of me is trying to convince myself that the denon sound the same and I could save some money. Sennheiser do sound good in my opinion but I think you are right and denon is just better.

When I ask the Pinheads at Sennheiser what was the Breakdown Rate of them Great Sounding, When Working! Momentum 3’s ? I got nothing back..I just a new pair of 3’s ..since the other ones broke down again within months of the second pair they sent…FREE of course..because of the Two year Warranty..except me having to spend shipping to Sennheiser Repair Shop.

It's too bad. The MTW3 is still the best earphone I've tried up till now but I've had 2 pairs die and switched to another model.
Man I was looking for a damn SMALLER case! I really like the sound from my M3's and prefer them over my Sony's, but I find that I prefer the smaller case of the Sony's with same battery 🔋. WTF Senni! Get with the program
Hello, if you were to compare Sony WF-1000XM5 and Sennheiser momentum MTW4, which one would you recommend in terms of sound quality, phone calls and other features?
I own the XM5 and MTW3. The MTW3 is the better performer. The XM5 has superior noise cancellation, but the MTW3 bears the Sony in sound quality and the ANC is nearly as good, making it the better buy.

Great news :D unfortunately i do have MTW3 that have awful wind sound distortion when listening to music outside and i wonder why Sennheiser doesnt fix that with firmware update ???

My MTW2 stopped pairing with new devices. So when I changed phones they became useless. I loved them though. Disappointed.
I think the mw4 sennheiser earbud ging have heavy deep bass. However the price for the mm4 the price is a rip off😮

The MTW3 are complete failure. I hate them and regret for buying them, and not only me. They got replaced 3 times already because one bud suddenly dies. Waste of money. Not gonna try the new ones.
