Unfortunately the sunflower looked a bit rough at the end. The leaves started to turn a bit yellow and stuff, not really sure why. I'm quite sure i gave it enough water and nutrients and i didn't overwater it.
I'm glad it flowered nicely at least.

Sunflower looks like it's drunk of the water with all the movements. Very satisfying to watch. 😃

@@gmaddi_ I feel like the plant probably moves around with time to find the optimal position to absorb the most amount of light, it just doesn't know the LED doesn't move like the sun did for all its ancestors.

Might be that they like full sun and a grow light is not quite enough for a sunflower? My light was not strong enough for starting sunflowers when it was alright for other plants. Some people recommend not to start sunflowers indoors at all, which I didn't end up doing for the majority of my plantings and they turned out better!
i don't think that was the problem. The last sunflower i did looked great and for that one i used a much smaller and weaker light. But it could be that it just didn't like the indoor climate.

How many timelapses do you run in parallel?
Loved the video, very beautiful growth and development, however the way the sunflower is sagging down at the end with all its aging leaves makes me feel as if it lived its entire life sad and short of its potential, because it was grown indoors and never actually saw the real sun. By the time its reaching the end of its life it knows it never got to be as magnificent as it was meant to be.

Why does it move around so much? Is it because weight is being added unevenly throughout it's growth?
Plants move around a lot during the day. You just dont see it casue it moves very slowly.
