This museum sure has gown. I was in Bastogne in 1968 and the museum was called The Nuts Museum and was right off the town square in a three-story building, as I recall. The museum only occupied maybe three small rooms, as I remember. The two biggest items were a supply parachute and a small piece of a Bf 109.

2:00 I did not know that Patton decorated McCauliffe in Bastogne.
Seems like a pretty big deal for me to miss!😂
Anyway, I Googled it and Brig. Gen. Anthony C. McAuliffe and Lt. Col. Steve Chappuis were awarded the Distinguished Service Cross, by Patton.🏅
