There are certain cities in Korea known to have more foreigners then the rest of Korea,
Seoul is full of foreigners... I was in Busan for month and much less foreigners. In a week I saw around 2 foreigners.
In my experience, if the korean guy knows english well he will just come creepily and ask for my cellphone number (even before asking my name) hahah. And I want to add, not all foreigner girls in korea are looking for one night stands, thank you XD

My advice is don't go out with the intention of getting laid. This is what most young lads do, myself too when I had just turned 18, and results in either disappointment or you seem desperate. As you mature you realise that the best nights out are spontaneous ones or where you simply go out with mates to drink and talk with them.
