No not sky drop, they should get rid of the short drop ride or something else. Whens this happening, cause i will ride sky drop as much as i can if it goes.
It’s gonna happen next year most likely - towards the end of the year. For me, they have to get rid of sky drop soon as it’s getting worse and it’s so tame now i never ride it anymore. The park need a more thrilling drop tower and there’s no need to remove their other ones. But sky drop must go
@@itsjessicaa7699 it’s not been confirmed that Sky Drop will go. From a staff and running cost point of view, it makes sense that it will go but they might just keep it like the ferris wheel even though we now have the city wheel
They in my opinion need a new coaster that is better than anything they have had before that is par with something from say Thorpe park god bless mr miller
It would be amazing to see a new coaster. I think something on par with Thorpe Park is out of the question because of the price of a coaster of that magnitude. However, anywhere can get a new coaster - for example Dreamland Margate have recently purchased the coaster from Blackgang Chine that has the same layout as Mighty Mini Mega. I think the park’s current investments are good.
@@ItzLogan07 perhaps not Thorpe park yet but they could definitely do something like that new coaster that just opened at chessington I mean miller had £3 million in the bank for rage he would definitely make his money back if he had one or two more decent coasters
I agree with you. The park are investing heavily and with that means the loss of some great rides for what we’ve got now. I think Axis, Adventure Inside, Screature, and this Drop Tower are all very good investments. Unfortunately the loss of Devil’s Creek and Over the Hill (the original) have saddened me, but it’s just the big wheel that i feel is a waste of space. They could do more with that space.
@@j1sh8 you are spot on, Fireball is a family flat that shares the same loading system as a Big Wheel, but yes it is a family flat. When i commented 2 months ago, i was more highlighting that they could have utilised the space better, although the investment will definitely draw more people into visiting the park. So the park technically has 2 wheels and 3 towers currently, which should not increase as the removal of Sky Drop is highly likely :)

@@j1sh8 As it goes, nothing shocks me with Adventure Island. Every investment so far has been quite spontaneous and so it would not surprise me if they had plans to announce the drop tower and have it installed next week. I think what you’re saying is totally logical though and could be a summer investment. The return of the claw will be a welcome return and if i had to predict when the Drop Tower will open i would probably say around June time. But as i said, the Screature opened without much warning or announcement, same with Axis and the City Wheel was announced a month before opening, so no one really knows yet :)

I know it's a ride but I really think they should keep it is 100% true its going once the new ride comes?
