How To Make Yogurt Chicken In The Oven - Juicy Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients Required For Making Juicy Baked Yogurt Chicken -
* 1.5 kg chicken
* 28 gm ginger/ 1 tablespoon finely grated
* 28 gm garlic/ 1 tablespoon finely grated
* 200 gm/ 1 large onion
* 1 tsp cumin seeds
* 1 tsp coriander seeds
* 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
* 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
* 3 to 4 green cardamoms
* 1 inch length cinnamon stick
* 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder/paprika
* 1/2 cup plain unflavored yogurt
* 1 tablespoon cornflour(cornstarch)
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 3 tablespoons oil
* 1 tablespoon melted ghee/butter/oil for the topping
* 1 tsp red chilli flakes
* 1 tsp heaped dried parsley
* 2 tsp salt or as per taste
* 1/3 rd - 1/2 cup water
* Serve with hot rice/roti/paratha/naan/mashed potato/bread

This roasted spices blend had always been my favourite. Got it from my late mom. Love with extra cumin n coriander seeds. I'l always do extra n keep in airtight container. Used it for fried chicken too.

He brine washes dips it into boiling water then ice water a few times then finally roasts it. I think the important thing to remember is bacteria around food
