Furious after the attempt on his life by Fran (PETER COONAN), John Boy (AIDAN GILLEN) orders Nidge (TOM VAUGHAN-LAWLOR) to pipebomb Fran’s house as revenge. As Nidge throws the pipe bomb through the window of Fran’s house and runs, Fran’s wife Linda (DENISE McCORMACK) - who has been having an affair with Nidge - is inside the house and severely injured in the explosion.
