@@ele9875 well i can believe it cause he's still a professional actor doing a press conference with dozens of cameras on his face so even if he actually wanted to roll his eyes for some reason, i doubt he would have done it at this particular moment with so much attention so the ceiling excuse works for me cause you might be innocently admiring the venue where the conference is held and not considering that people will freeze the moment and make a meme out of it

Unlikely. He's at a very public event with hundreds of people and cameras around him, and the moment happened so quickly and it's such an unexpected thing to happen. Most people would not instantly get heated. Under all that pressure and sudden confusion they would likely pause in shock and be processing what just happened, like it looks like he is.
