Everytime I watch the duel between Thanos and Strange, reminds me how powerful Strange already is. Yet he is still learning with Wong and studying the mystic arts.
In the Infinity War DvD commentary the Russo brothers talk about how Doctor Strange's movie took place after Avengers 1 and that he's had a lot of time to progress and mature and is likely one of the most powerful and knowledgeable characters in the MCU. So I don't really think Wong (as cool and badass as he is) is on the same level as Strange who really did stand toe-to-toe with Thanos.
Actually , Strange was in the time loop with dormamu for a really long time , that's why he is so advanced
Maybe Dr. Strange will be the character that will have the most cameos in future films, like in the comics they call on the the doctor when they cant handle shit anymore.

Dr. Strange was honestly the most badass character in Infinity War. He is knows more than anyone the power Thanos has and what has been out there in the universe being a Stone Keeper. He used the stone to see the coming conflict and even still he could've said no to Thanos 14,000,604 times... Until the last where he chose to give him the stone. He tried finding that many ways to save the universe... He chose to sacrifice himself along with half the Universe so that the rest could live. He's the only one who knows what's next and now he's gone. He's playing chess with Thanos... It's the end game now.... Checkmate.
Dr. Strange decided the fate of the universe along with Thanos. Both with different intentions. Let's see how it turns out.

Knowing that strange sees the outcome of infinity war, knowing death was inevitable, he accepted it because that was his responsibility and his duty to protect the world and even the universe, even if it meant half of it had to die first to live again. When one of these heros die i hope strange assists in their burial to honor the sacrifice even they didn't know they had to make until the snap.
His oath to not take lives has been broken since he knows who will die and has to live with that choice that he had to let them die in order for the universe to live. Not an easy choice gotta say. Subtlety done and well at that. Character choices in these films are amazing.

Because not everything is about you. You think the universe is against you because you had one bad day in life? It’s not about you. Such a hard character to create an edit like this of but you captured his essence beautifully and the way you showed his change over the 2 films he’s been in is very hard to do. I love waiting for the iconic title line in these videos and the music always fits the tone but what I really enjoy is that it clearly shows how much effort and dedication you have for these videos. Keep it up!

*spoiler endgame* Yea indeed, very powerful scene and saying in that lines, in this moment he actually sacrifices ironman's life, was very moving. It was so great i liked all retrospectively

I love his video! It shows how much of an impact the accident had on dr strange and how he went from arrogant and fearful of mistakes since he never had any. And when he did and started to train he became a master sorcerer and probably one of the reasons the universe might be saved in avengers 4.

Dr Strange's character arc is most interesting in MCU. The man who had everything, to man who has nothing, and than rise up to be one of the most powerful character. The way they brought magic and mysticism among Avengers is extraordinary. And, besides Russo's and the writers, Dr Strange is the only one who knows what will happen in Avengers 4. :D..You tribute to him is amazing and I hope that we will see much more of him in the next faze.

Dr. Strange, Cap and Iron Man are my 3 favorite comic book heroes. The Dr. Strange origin movie is my favorite of the origin movies. I absolutely loved him in IW. 1) Dr Strange is my favourite Marvel (and superhero) character of all time, so thank you for this montage, and let's hope that he gets to continue to grow both as a person and as a sorcerer in future films
2) Wong is really underrated and this annoys me because I love his character so much
3) Relating this video, I think that the moment where doctor strange tells Dormammu that he can 'lose again and again and again' perfectly epitomises his self sacrifice, and would have made a fantastic addition near the end.
Dr. Strange giving up the Time Stone in exchange for Thanos sparing Tony was a key moment for not just Infinity War and Endgame, but for the MCU in general.

Doctor Strange is one of my favorite Marvel heroes. His background makes him a more calculated member, but also able to feel compassion and empathy. One of the most human superheroes imo.

When I remember this scene from Dr. Strange, I think that when Stephen was looking through timelines to find a way to beat Thanos, the one we got in Endgame was probably one of the earlier routes he found. He probably found the path leading to Tony's sacrifice after a few hundred loops, and then spent the next 14 million attempts desperately searching for a better way - but came up short every time.
He used up every last bit of his imagination, and found that there truly was no other way.
Wow, that was stunningly beautiful. I'm crying. So well done! This PERFECTLY sums up why Stephen Strange is my favorite Marvel character.
So impressive that you’ve captured each theme of every main MCU character , both in their main movie series and in infinity war. Black Panther is one of the biggest character arc let-downs in the mcu. The movie cant compare to Strange’s or even Peter Parker’s arc. He is a weak character with a weak story.
