I remember my grandmother having a bakers cabinet like that! Sadly her house burned down and she lost everything. I was born in Va and raised in NC. Glad you had a good trip home. 🤗

Also forgot to mention, there was a restaurant on the hill called Ms Frances kitchen that served the best soul food in the area. Its was very popular. Check it out if you get the chance ☺️
Oh yes, I used to live in South Carolina and I knew the owners, Prince and Queen and I met Miss Francis when she was alive. Queen and Prince are both excellent chefs
@@sharonnovember182 I googled Miss Frances Kitchen and found out that there was a fire in 1992 or something and closed down. I was sorry to hear that. I knew her family carried on the business when I was there.
