I too enjoy the quietness of the morning, which drinking my coffee. I WFH. I set timers for everything. Wake, extra timer for wake up, meditation timer, when to start walking to my office timer, when to take both my breaks timer, lunch timer. I could go on BUT you go the picture 😂

Good morning Sheila, saw this yesterday, what a day, I had time for nothing. I'm a morning person for sure. My hubby is not. It's ok though. Like you say it's my morning time to reflect.
