What would you recommend for retirement/science/geeky/intellectual? I already know = chapel hill. Can’t wait to talk with you in 6 years!

What areas are best for lots that are 1/2 an acre or larger, and allow chickens?

What are your thoughts about moving outside of the city to areas like Wilson, Clayton, and Nashville for more affordability? I'd love to see a video on this as Raleigh is bursting at the seams and many of us can't and won't purchase 300K homes.

There are a ton of options. We’ve done a couple videos about those areas on the periphery of the triangle. Email us and we are happy to help. Hello@MortonBradbury.com

I think that Apex is now larger than Chapel Hill. It's shocking to me.
I also think that Garner is an interesting study. It has a substantial established vibe, while being on the rise as well. I think that it's the town with most upside, with little downside risk given its proximity to downtown Raleigh.

Yes, Apex is larger than Chapel Hill. 100% correct on Garner

Why do you make such a big deal about Starbucks? Is that something that your clients ask you about? You don’t ever talk about schools. Families should know that there is a gigantic difference between Wake County schools and Harnett county schools or Johnston county schools and things like that. People moving to the area might really want to look at the NC report card because it shows a lot of demographic and test score information about different schools. I like your vids. I live in Wendell and definitely agree Wendell Falls is making positive things happen. But there are more grocery stores than Publix in the whole universe. But again, I imagine that something some of your clients are asking you about versus people who grew up in the area going to places like Food Lion or even Walmart. I actually love the range from Publix to all the things in between depending on the shopping I’m doing. Some folks might not be caught dead in a carlee C’s, but they sure will miss out on some great meat. I also haven’t seen you once mention the festivals in the general area. You have a lot to cover though and highlight the overall area well.

We actually do have a lot of people asking about what national chains are in a given city because it gives people a good feel for the size of the city… it takes a certain population size to support a Starbucks so we use that as a metric and have gotten a lot of good feedback that it’s helped people visualize how big each town is based on # of Starbucks. Also, it’s our preferred coffee! As for schools, we show school ratings all the time in videos, but you will never find us giving our opinion on anything to do with schools due to fair housing laws. Hope that helps. Thank you for watching!

Somewhere between emerging and up and coming. Knightdale has a ton of potential being that it’s so close to downtown Raleigh
