Fire the maintenance crew and the contractors for that company. I guess they don't know what preventative maintenance is 😂😅
They probably don't have a maintenance man
The maintenance crew at places that I have worked really should be called the fix-it-after-it-breaks crew.
Just needs a little freon 😂
How do you add freon?
Be nice to wash the coil from the inside out 🤔
Next time this happens just give the customer the cinnamon challenge and shout, "See! That's how your unit feels after neglect!" 🔥
It's Friday. Reset and roll out.
Epic comment..lol 😂
😂😂😂😂
I would shopvac the coil clean first, then proceed.
The electric meter got to finally slow down now.
There is something very satisfying about coil cleaning!
Do ya not rinse onside out? Pretty standard for us on micro channels.
I love my coil wand for those tight spots.
The best!
Love your content... Teaches me a lot..
Techician: how often you replace your filters
Customer: every month
Technician: BULLSHITTTTTTT. LOLOL
That Rorschach test scene was in The Master briefly.
Take the panels off and clean it the right way taddy.
I wish you are from Pinellas County, Florida
Who in the hell taught you how to clean coil. You first brush off the dirty, then blow off with compress air, outward. Next, you spray on coil cleaner, wait 5 to10 minutes, rinse off and repeat.
Shouldn’t you always brush all that excess build up first before putting chemical to avoid the dirt from getting caked up ?
that is good practice yes
Oh that looked like my window unit until it got steam cleaned😂
Had to watch 2 times. I thought you were saying a dirty filter gives you a dirty condenser... thankfully I was wrong
Can't beat that Tri-Power!
After get done try long handle type spray nozzle to blast straight at coil. That one dirty coil
I love that video!
Very cool my brother Thank you for watching
Now the roof leaks
It blows my mind that homeowners don't even know that they have to change filters. Especially with newer equipment. I hate having to run these calls when I got other no cooling calls that are not dirty filter
I would've preferred to use pleated filters instead of those fiber filters. But I've used both. It depends on the customer and their specific needs/wants. Good job on the pm.
thanks brother Paul
Good job
So satisfying
The high head was probably helping the low suction and vis versa
Is it not better to spray from your inside the unit?
Cleaned the outside of the coil but how about the inside?
always clean from the outside and the inside
Not shown on your video
When I first bought my duplex, The first thing I did was change the furnace filter. Well, There is no room to get 20x25x5 in Because the concrete in my basement has a big bulge where the sewer line goes. They had an 18x20x4 Just sitting in there, Not changed in so long that it had become a solid brick of dust. Considering it didn't block off the whole space, I cannot imagine how long it had been there. Now i use a 20x25x1 and change it monthly because it fits.
Nice brother
The fins must be dirty.
Lot lower head pressures now.
Not using Pleated Filters?, coil flush from inside-out? Just few suggestions, other than that nice work
But they think they know more that you and that's the results 😮🍻👍
Mine been looking like that for 4 years now.
How much for a job like that?
We been using a small pressure washer from Lowes. If u come at it straight and not to close it works magic blowing out chunks from between the coil.
What kind of pressure washer ?
I prefer cleaning from the inside out whenever possible since it sucks inward.....
Good Practice for sure
Nice
Thanks
There’s a job for someone each month, go to the roof top and change out the filter.
Holy cow!!! 😂 you could plant a garden with all that dirt
Yes sir 😆 😂 😆
I wouldnt use coil cleaner. The chemicals eat thru the coils over time
What is recommended that winter eat your coil?
@@jerryeesusing pleated filters
Those seem to get dirty faster
1 weeks of dirt
Why were there filters on the condenser coil? Those look like 1” fiberglass filters? That don’t belong there
NEVER spray coils with high pressure!! You could benefit and it would take 5 hours and a comb to straighten them all out
Very important, too high of pressure and 💥
My name is Derek
Wooooooow
Coils and filters that dirty I'd bet the evaporator is completely iced up if it's been running at all.
Shows dirty filter and then a condenser coil😂
That’s NASTY TADDY BEAR
How much Ted haha
For a homeowner, where might I source those fiberglass filters instead of the pleated ones? I can’t seem to find them in more than 4-packs. 20x20x1 inch.
not sure I will work on finding out for you
@@TaddyDigest I’m in the eastern US
I'm sure you're from UK
I am from Tennessee
What did the evap coil look like?
not bad, but filters were terrible
@@TaddyDigest, shocking given the state of those filters. Keep up the good work.
Is orange ok on rubber roof? I thought blue was for rubber roof? I may be mixed up
Blue eats through a Rubbermaid trashcan... I seent it. Def not the blue. I use the tripower most of the time... Smells nice lol
There's nothing wrong with using Nu-brite. Most people who are afraid of it don't know how to use it. It won't damage a roof if you rinse it properly. You're not supposed to use it on hypercoils though; fin tube only.
PM the machine and then we can see what’s wrong with it. Whatever they spent on this repair they will save in electricity.
Absolutely, I told them after I finished that their electric bill was gonna go down significantly
So there's a difference in the coil cleaners ? Hmm
yes sir
Started doing mostly service and cleaning the systems. Some.of the things I've seen. People would save their AC units just by changing filters and cleaning the condenser
Steady wasting foam with that gun.
You go from showing Evap air filter to showing dirty condenser coil. Click bait….
🤓🤓🤓
Which Air-conditioning company do you work bro?
Mine in the US
Cool. Well I work in Kuwait as a HVAC Forman and want to change either Europe or the USA.
Are there openings in your company. By the way which are you working bro
Is this on a chick Fil a by chance? 😅
Wendy's
I take care of my local CFA. Their recent remodel places the exhaust fan right by the main kitchen system. It gets pretty bad very quick!
wow looks like a cheap cannabis grower owned this unit 🤣
Always get off what you can first big guy.
I don’t care if it says it’s ok to use on micro channel coils I’m not using anything on them lol.
Sometimes you have to. Especially restaurant coils. They get packed with grease from their fryers and plain water won't cut it.
