the stupidest idea it might be actually be smart
look at the hotbar to middle right of screen.
it shows last 4 GCDs before FoF, then FoF, then the gcds under FoF window. basically clear out the glowing buttons before FoF, and then you should have all (or will have all if it's a combo continuation) the glowing buttons after FoF to press
30s after FoF is pressed, it changes into the next minute rotation
problems: fast blade can't have glowy press because it's combo initiator, and atonement will turn into supplication and sepulchre. no way to remove afaik
hotbar 0 - opener & restart loop
hotbar 1 - 1 minute
hotbar 2 - 2 minute
etc...
