LOL, funny you should react to this one and the next one because Emily just dropped her 3rd Anime Cafe video lol. Yeah this was Emily's 3rd video since moving to Japan with Daidus last year.
Hearing about these anime cafes, it makes me think about trying one if I make it to Japan, but I also want to save as much money as possible lol and from the sounds of things you're paying more for the experience then the food (which can be a good thing, I've done that at times).
I am still recommending the following Emily videos- Falling into the Genshin Hole, Girlfriend Betrayal and I Moved to Japan (follow this one up with Daidus's I Moved to Japan Too).
I take it you're lactose intolerant hmmm? One of my nephews is like that and I didn't realize how many meals my family ate that had milk products in it until we had to think about what my nephew could eat lol.
