I was hoping to learn how to do crispy-skin snapper but I was delighted to learn both that and many other prep and cooking methods.
6:49 did he just say FRESH FROZEN!!! chef ramsy open up!
lol I think he got gloriously carried away. Fresh Peas are way better than any frozen or even fresh frozen peas.
@@JasonDias7 you're dead wrong. The truth are no real difference in taste between good fresh/frozen peas
@@JasonDias7 Peas are unique in that sense I think. Frozen peas are great and even Gordon Ramsay would use them.
This chef I believe worked for Gordon Ramsey. Nice filet work
Yes he was. He was also in hells kitchen as a guest and a judge.
@@Immortal_Hunter any idea what season or episode ?
@@muffindudeswag no. I just search by his name and the word masterchef and some episodes came up. All of them are good.
Certified Gold!!!!!
He mentions "I've got my juice that I am going to reduce and finish with cream", but did not add any cream? Also, were the peas frozen when he added them to the pan, because they were only in there for 50 seconds - from frozen, would still be frozen?
Did anyone see where the cream he mentioned went in?
Wonderful
Excellent 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻
From Albania 🇦🇱 and Kosovo 🇽🇰 Greetings have a wonderful day too
How is this video free? Darn!
Massive respect.
He didn’t show what oil was used to fry the snapper 😢
Frozen peas are GLORIOUS ??? Is he serious? Omg
Hot pan on non-stick to pan fried the fish is not ideal. If you want less shrinking on your fish skin and have absolute beauty crust, start with cold pan. slowly bring up the head and put weight on top.
Wow super 👏
Yummy 😋
Why didn't he remove the scales before filleting the fish?
it was pre removed
It's all abooot the timporta
Yum 😋
The final unappetizing result just yells it was fried on a non-stick pan
❤❤❤❤❤
who likes snapper
WOWWWWWW 👀❗❗❗
Didn't really explain how to cook the snapper. You want to cook the fillet 90% skin side down and then flip it for a minute. Done
Sac
