I do apologize for the more than 50% of the entitled English speakers who can do nothing but criticize.. They evidently can't wrap their head around the fact that a lot of the world just CAN'T afford to buy JD or Case or the like! It is sad that so many live their lives in such a small bubble.. with their heads in the sand.

Ils croient que le reste du monde mis a part les etats unis c'est le tiers monde, de toute façon à part leur quartier ils ne connaissent rien du monde.
J'ai bossé avec des texans dans le domaine du pétrole, putain qu'ils sont sales, c'est tout juste s'ils se couchent pas avec leur pompes et leur tenue pleines de cambouis de travail de journée dans le rig.
Ils passent 28 jours dans une plate-forme et la première chose qu'ils font c'est de se bourrer la gueule à tel point que parfois ils se font interdite d'entrer dans l'avion.
Alors vous les américains, si vous êtes indiens sinon vous l'êtes pas, soyez humbles vous n'êtes pas les meilleurs et respectez les autres peuples

I would like to see these Fabrication Expert's tackle something more complicated: Aviation Manufacturing; that is my field of expertise. These guy's are more than capable!
If they used a few simple fixtures, they would save hours of labor.

I absolutely thought the same thing! The drill Operator turned it off that instantly as soon as he seen that, but it takes milliseconds for mishaps and I hope to God that worker was very ingrained in his head to never do that again! The thin that is scary this was on camera.

And, their breathing that galvanizing smoke when welding, notice the white burn around the welds? It's pre-galvanized sheets. You get flu like symptoms from it and it's very toxic.

I like the way they just weld and paint over the rust and existing paint No templating, just measure everything, I'm sure one of the bolts was left out on the drive unit as it didn't fit. whack Bearings in on their. Races. It is not the worst I have seen for some aspects of health and safety as some had gloves and even one had Google's. But standing on that ladder to weld was a new one. Lots of open toed shoes and no eye protection when cutting the end plates.which were probably from old be ships . I wonder how long these units will last.
I have seen them using layout templates and go- no go gages!

these machines they building lasts forever, Pakistan is not a tropical region so no one worry about rusts, cars or machines which are decades old still are rust free from outer bodies, these guys are experts in their filed, safety equipment yes very important.

Doesn't appear that torquing is used anywhere on the unit...some welds showed considerable porosity...but I suppose there isn't too much complaining...great skills in the fabrication and assembly ...give them their dues!
The air pressure sets the torque and it is correct
If you don't have time to do it right when will you have time to do it over? Because if you don't do it right you will do it over. It doesn't take but a few extra moments to do things correctly, regardless of your circumstances.
Additional you need a donkey cart for carrying new blades and changing them every 50 meters.

They dont need grease as long as they are properly supplied with oil.
If watch you watch the bearing instalation they do put grease or light oil. Sometimes the bearings that already have things like that if properly made outlast the equipment being made. Also they typically don't add grease or oil until it's at the place where used to reduce grease or oil contamination. This also goes with whatever task or material that they are dealing with! Warranty I am sure comes with additional grease or oil before use and can be easily identified fairly quickly and easily if they dont! :-)
