That was beyond disrespectful what she said as if Dream does not have a mother who has her 50% of the time. Then add Khloe has Dream because during her supposedly visitation with her father ,his mental issues,drug issues get in the way leading to her and Kris having Dream .So rather then keeping attacking Chyna why not deal with Robs issues him not being a present parent.Again this is not her first,second and more times taking shots at Chyna as a mother,acting like she has Dream all the time or most.

I understand kloe, my mother had 6 sisters, and every one of my aunts was the extension of my mom. My mom and her sisters literally watched nurtured and loved each other's children. I can totally relate to kloes' closeness to dream.

Khloe has a son she in trying to keep Tristan got a surrogate ti carry and have she claimed she has not bonded with. She has Dreams Mather with a passion and makes these little nasty remarks often and then when checked she backtracks,play’s the Ooh I did not mean that. She throws birthday parties for Dream without even inviting her mother to come ,loves posting this child more then her own daughter knowing Chyna and Rob had a agreement they would not post Dream like that.He only reason for having Dream 50 % of the time is because Rob as a father put his child on his sister and mother during his visitation time. Or better yet because if his mental and drug issues they take up the slack but have so many times overstepped their mother and even Rob like when they licensed Dreams name ,for everything under the son they own her name.

They didn't have a relationship with her before she tried to sue them so that's not an excuse. All of the kid's fathers are invited to their kids birthday party but when it comes to Dream she has to have 2 separate parties. This has been going on for years.

They sure are regardless of what is going in with their relationships with their kids father’s. As I just wrote also they never for this child invite Chyna,act like she has only one parent when this child may would want both of them at her party with her brother there also.It is said Chyna and Rob were spotted out with Dream shopping so maybe their co parenting has gotten better but he still needs to keep his sister in check nit to ruin this .I really believe it was they who have caused the most issues between them and them being able to parent their child,especially Chloe.

Khloe made it everyone’s business ,had this in their reality show as a part of her story line,then had a nerve to get Scott input ,a drunk and more who was doing this around his own kids. Everyone knows her and her family hate Chyna and again in her show she said she could never forgive her over that suit but even way before that they hated her.She is the so called third well Scott mentioned because her brother is way to damaged,mental issues,drug issues.So when he get his 50% visitations with his daughter she mostly ends up with Khloe and at tine Kris.If she really cared about Dream ,all of them that would make Rob seek help not deflect by taking shots at Chyna using her daughter.If I was Chyna I would get full custody for this reason when she visits she is mostly not with him ,say to the court his sister has her and she is trying alienate me from my daughter.Then show this she is doing on their show and other times she has said things publicly go hurt her. If she doesn’t want people to take things out of context , then be careful how you say things on your show. Third parent is a bit much if that’s not what you meant. You say things to get a ride out of people. Even when you’re an aunt and the kid is always with you you’re still an aunt. Be respectful.

I've been very involved in raising my nieces their whole lives, changed nappies, looked after them when sick, thought them the alphabet, helped with homework, took them places and on and on but I'm still their aunt and being an aunt is great. When you call yourself a 3rd parent you’re giving the actual parent room to be a bad one and the bad one is Rob. He obviously has some sort of mental issues or drug issues that Khloe is enabling by taking Dream when it’s his turn to. The closest thing to being the “3rd parent” is Grandma Grandpa or God Parents. It would be best if Angela got full custody maybe then Rob will get some help.
