Baked Salmon with lemon, dill and roasted asparagus (Anti Inflammatory Series 3/4)

- Really healthy delicious food with FLAVOR doesn't need to be too fancy! I love to keep things simple with a basic baked salmon and some roasted vegetables on the side. In this case, it was asparagus but cherry tomatoes are equally amazing!
Add simple lemon slices, fresh dill and a bit of garlic if you'd prefer and let the fish sit a few minutes to help the flavors soak in then bake! Just a handful of minutes--10 or so per inch of thickness and you're all done!

For the Fish
5 salmon filets thawed if frozen, skin on or off is okay
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper, optional
1 lemon thinly sliced - Jak na to + styl
