    Hi man great achievement!!!! I have the same one, however having trouble with valve stem seals. Running cat cams 1002448 13.25/12.45 lift on valves. There's 2 mm seal clearance but the seals don't last, any advice?

      @gnaloin  Před 7 lety

      I dont know, I hven't had any problems with valve stem seals! What do you have under the springs? Which valve guides do you have?

    • @psamuels4618
      @psamuels4618 Před 7 lety

      500whp.net I only have a schim 0.5 mm thick under the springs. Guides are standard which pressed deep into the head. Base of the seals are flush with the spring seat. New seals leak within the first warm up cycle.

    That's mental! boost seems to came soon! could you explain the exhaust system? big exit behing the front fender, but there's still an exit one the bumper?

    • @elbowka
      @elbowka Před 8 lety

      there's the wastegate on the fender...

    • @WickedTRX
      @WickedTRX Před 8 lety

      i've seen plenty of cars with dump or screamer pipes. But that one is so big that i though that it was the exit from the turbine, not the bypass/wastegate exit

    • @elbowka
      @elbowka Před 8 lety

      maybe that's not the screamer pipe itself coz that's moving like the engine and can hit the fender.
      stock 44mm's enough around 600hp and that's 5 times bigger there :D

    • @gnaloin
      @gnaloin  Před 8 lety +2

      That's a 4,5" exit for the downpipe. There's a plneumatically controlled butterfly flap that opens at around 0,3bar boost. The single 60mm wastegate goes under the car with a screamer pipe. There's also a full 2,5" stainless exhaust parting from the downpipe which is used on normal driving.
      The 4,5" pipe has some flex joints in it, so the exit is stationary to the car while the engine can still move a bit, which it really doesn't that much as I have billet engine mounts with very hard rubber dampers.

    nice, how many rmp comes this turbo pressure?

    • @gnaloin
      @gnaloin  Před 7 lety +1

      You can see the RPM in the screen. It's the middle number. Turbo spools at around 6000rpm.

  • @fanimej

    Impressive! High Flow head and good cams? Usually more boost is required to achive those figures :)

    • @gnaloin
      @gnaloin  Před 8 lety +2

      310hp intake and 250hp exhaust flow. Cams are 13,25mm/11,45mm / 289/279deg 0,1mm / 255/238deg 1,0mm.

      +500whp.net very nice, that will be my next upgrade. I now run stock 7a cams. What turbo are you running? Im thinking of upgrading my tb60 to a 70 or 80mm turbo.

    • @gnaloin
      @gnaloin  Před 8 lety +1

      I run a custom 72mm billet holset.
