Actually I think the butter is fine. It's vegetable oils that cause heart attacks. Like, do you think cavemen had acces to even a sunflower oil? It's a modern invention our bodies are not acustomed to. We ate butter, lard and tallow for all eternity and all of them are hard fats that are soooo much more resistant to oxidation.
